If youre thinking about it, Do it!
Alex(sasha) was awesome, super knowledgeable, fun and easy to speak to, Felt like we've been friends for years already! looking forward to plan a future trip with him again. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great time, provided cool water on a sunny day, helped us navigate the cenote, was patient with us when sight seeing, and spoke English and spanish for everyone in the van! 11 out of 10, if youre thinking of booking with him DO IT! -Steven n the miami group :)

Alex was an excellent...
Alex was an excellent tour guide and driver. He shared his knowledge of Yucatán and all of Mexico on our drive from Cancun to Chichen Itza and was a great guide through out Chichen Itza visit and the whole day. We also really enjoyed the cenote, lunch, and Valladolid. Everything was well timed and tailored to us and we were able to beat the crowds and the heat. Alex’s van was new, clean, comfortable and very roomy as well. Would highly recommend and if we come back to Cancun we will definitely tour with him again.

A day off the beach
Alexander demonstrated everything we wanted (and even a little bit more): flawless organisation with no crowds around, deep knowledge of the local history, well-worked through and structured explanation, and good company :) Absolutely recommend this tour everyone who wants to spend a great day off the beach.

Unforgettable Trip through Yucatan
This was our first time in Mexico — two families, four kids (boys aged 11, 12, 13, and 15). We were quite worried about safety and the overall organization, so we decided to find a guide. Planning our trip with Alexandr turned out to be an excellent decision and absolutely worth the price. I’m a planning freak myself, but there wasn’t a single thing I would have improved. Logistics, timing, choice of sights — everything was handled at a top level. Alexandr is incredibly knowledgeable, so you learn a lot, yet he’s also funny and easygoing, which meant it was never boring. Even the kids loved him. The only downside is that now we wish we could plan all our future vacations with him.

MUST DO if Chichén Itzá is on your bucketlist!
Reliable, on time and great communication from Alex while organising the tour. A good amount of time spent at each stop with great information provided on ruins and history. Comfortable transport in a brand new van with excellent air conditioning which made the journey ‘to and from’ very enjoyable.

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid cost?
+
Prices start at $3750 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Exclusive Guided Tour: Chichen Itza - Cenote Ik Kil -Valladolid start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
