    An original and authentic experience

A great experience to do alone or with friends! In any case, there will be a good atmosphere, because Claudio and Erika make sure that everyone has a good time. I liked learning the little tricks for making a successful carbonara sauce; we'll see if I manage to make it again at home thanks to the recipe (we leave with it)! It was also very cool to have a vegetarian version especially for me <3. I really recommend it for a different experience in Valence. Grazie mille Erika and Claudio

    Fantastic

I am an Italian living in Valencia, and I participated in a cooking class with Chef Claudio dedicated to preparing pasta alla carbonara. It was truly a pleasant experience. The explanations were clear and detailed, with particular attention to the choice of ingredients and the correct techniques to achieve a creamy and authentic carbonara. The chef was able to convey his passion for Italian cuisine in an engaging manner, answering all questions and creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn the secrets of true carbonara. For a few hours, I felt at home again, rediscovering the flavors and traditions of Italian cuisine.

Have fun while cooking and enjoy delicious food.

A super fun night cooking authentic Italian carbonara from scratch, along with Italian appetizers and an unbeatable Aperol. We had fun, cooked, and enjoyed a delicious dinner. The organization is perfect, an activity to repeat if you are in Valencia.

    A very beautiful experience.

Carbonara workshop evening with my daughter, her husband, and a Canadian friend. It was truly a very good time. Everything was very well organized; there were about ten of us and the Chef with his assistant Ericka. We prepared everything with excellent products and then tasted our preparation; we enjoyed appetizers, cold cuts, cheese, dessert, and wine in addition to our pasta. A very friendly moment; I am returning to Valencia at the end of the year and would be happy to do another workshop. I often make carbonara. You can go without hesitation; you will not be disappointed.

Great evening with appetizers and cooking

A couple of friends recommended this cooking workshop to us. When my family came to visit us once again in Valencia, we decided to try it. It was an excellent way to step off the beaten path and engage in a unique activity together. The class was truly great: a relaxed atmosphere, lots of laughter while preparing the pasta, and the drinks were even included. We started with Aperol Spritz before moving on to wine to accompany the tasting. This experience also allowed us to discover the true Italian carbonara, far removed from our French version with cream! Now that we have learned to prepare the sauce correctly and with the right ingredients, we make it regularly at home. A big thank you to Erika and Claudio for this delightful moment. We recommend it without hesitation.

Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Valencia.

How much does Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef cost?

    +

Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Valencia usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Valencia is not rushed.

Is Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Valencia, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Valencia can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Valencia and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Carbonara Cooking Class in Valencia with an Italian Chef start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Valencia within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Valencia?

    +

On Outty we rank every Valencia experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Valencia Bike Tour from the City to the Beach, plus Bike Guy App!, Paella Cooking Class, Wine Tasting & Central Market in Valencia, Real Paella Cooking Class – Market Visit & Sangría Workshop. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Valencia?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Valencia?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
