A Highly Recommended Tour, Sergio Magnifico Guide
The tour to Bacalar was a wonderful experience. We start with a visit to the Blue Cenote, where we relax. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a kayaking tour of the lagoon. The panoramic view of Fort San Felipe was breathtaking, with spectacular views of the lagoon. The very professional guide, gave us interesting information about the history and nature of the place. A highly recommended experience!

Lies lies overpriced trip
They lied about the event, they said we were gonna do many other things that we did not. I asked and they lied again saying they were reach reach out to me. They charged me $110 and other paid less and the entire group was complaining about what they were promised. Never again.

Worth the trip
Definitely worth the trip. Absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed breakfast and our time at the cenote but did feel like the beverage was pricy (I had Agua de Jamaica and added an extra fruit with yogurt for about $13). Loved our time at Marmol spa? Plenty of time to enjoy the water, kayak, and a few drinks. Our trip did not include the Pontoon ride but we were given the option while there for an additional charge (we declined so we could enjoy our time there). Dinner was delicious and loved we had a bit of time to wander close by.

Don't Waste Your Time!
Save your money and from wasting a valuable vacation day. I understand changes due to covid but this tour description is flat out False Advertising! We did not go on the boat tour, didn't do anything listed after lunch on the shown inclusions - no boat ride, no emerald/black cenote, no bird island, etc! I chose this tour for all the things they skipped and then was given some line about "we switched out for the kayak at the lagoon" (which was optional, if i hadn'tchose to do that, I wouldn't have had ANY time on the water). Felt like I wasted a precious day on my vacation. Do yourself a favor and pass!!
Response from the operator: Good afternoon, unfortunately the day you made the tour, on those dates due to all the COVID19 situations that arose, they were very changeable. - CURRENTLY EVERYTHING DESCRIBED IS DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM - however the state government was thinking of closing the sites without timely notice, even until the same day they closed us areas that a day before we could go without problem. What we tried to do that day was to try to make the tour as pleasant as possible and that's what we did. Believe me that unfortunately in those days the government complicated our tourist life impressively. I ask you in advance for an infinite apology and above all I thank you very much for your valuable opinion. What I can tell you is that for a long time the government and God have favored us and currently the tour is done with all the promised activities. have a great day and many blessings

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $118 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bacalar Lagoon All Inclusive with Transportation Breakfast and Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
