Our park is located at la Ruta de Los Cenotes, in this park located in the middle of the jungle we have a variety of adrenaline activities that you will enjoy. We have ATV´s to drive around the jungle, with all the security equipment, and with professional guides to assist you all the time. Also, you will find a great circuit of Ziplines and Hanging bridges that makes this place a complete adrenaline park. If you enjoy swimming, we'll visit a real Cenote which is a natural pool in the deep of the jungle, a perfect place to refresh yourself!

Fun Adventure..... But...
Had fun... but there were some issues. First the pickup and coordination were less than perfect.... we read that someone would be in contact within 24 hours before the tour. We did not get any contact until a couple hours before the tour..... and they changed the pickup site from the one we had previously selected. The bus ride to the tour area was extremely rough... almost violent and uncomfortable. The extra "park fees" paid felt questionnable.

It is also important to clarify that the transportation included with this activity is shared, not private. Regarding the additional park fees, these are clearly specified in the product description, on the booking ticket, and in the confirmation we send to the passenger before the activity. Don’t recommend
I was really looking forward to this excursion because it included ATV riding, swimming in a cenote, and zip lining, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. First, the safety instructions for the ATVs were not clear or thorough. Because of the lack of proper guidance, I ended up with a second-degree burn during the ride. Safety should be the top priority, and I don’t feel that it was. Another issue was that no one informed us the excursion involved nearly a two-hour drive each way from the resort. Knowing we would spend around four hours traveling would have helped us decide if this tour was worth booking. The ATV ride itself was also disappointing because there were people with all different experience levels in the same group. Since beginners and experienced riders were together, we had to ride very slowly the entire time and couldn’t really enjoy the experience. Finally, when the excursion ended, the staff repeatedly pressured everyone for tips. We gave what we could afford, but we were told it wasn’t enough, which made us feel uncomfortable and took away from the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this excursion due to the lack of safety information, poor communication, excessive travel time, and the uncomfortable pressure for tips.

This tour operates daily, and I have personally participated in it more than five times without experiencing any incidents. Before the activities begin, all participants receive a safety briefing with clear and straightforward instructions for both the ATV ride and the zipline. As for the transportation time, it depends on the location of each guest's hotel. Your hotel was among the farthest from the park, which is why your transfer took longer. It is also important to remember that transportation is shared, so multiple stops are made to pick up other passengers along the way. Regarding the ATV ride, groups include participants with different levels of experience. For safety reasons, the guide sets a pace that is appropriate for the entire group. It is not possible to separate participants by experience level on a shared tour. If you were looking for a much more extreme or high-speed ATV experience, then this shared tour was probably not the best fit for your expectations. Best regards

Worth the Experience!
We had a really good time on this tour! The ATV ride was fun, the zipline was a nice bonus, and the cenote was the perfect way to cool off afterward. The staff was friendly and kept everything well organized. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a fun day outdoors. If you’re in Cancun and want to do something a little different, I’d definitely recommend this tour. I’d do it again!

Disappointed
I was disappointed, it wasn't what I expected. I've been to several different cenotes, and this one didn't compare. It wasn't even deep, and it was very small. The ATV ride was the best part of the experience. We also paid for the horseback ride, but it lasted only less than 10 minutes. On top of that, we were charged $35 per person option arrival. They didn't allow us to use our phones to take pictures, which made it feel like they were forcing us to buy the photos they took. Overall, we felt it was a waste of money and time, and I wouldn't recommend it.

At no point do we advertise or promise a deep cenote or specific dimensions. Regarding the $35 USD per person fee, this is a mandatory nature and cenote conservation fee. This information is clearly stated in the product description and is also sent to all guests again before the activity, more than 24 hours in advance. As for the use of cell phones, the restriction is in place solely for safety reasons during the activities. We do not force anyone to purchase photographs. Buying the photos is completely optional; if a guest chooses not to purchase them, there is no additional cost and it does not affect their experience. We respect your opinion, but we believe it is important for other travelers to know the facts as they are.

Stay Away
It is a tourist trap..First off, the driver went to the wrong place to pick us up. We almost lost the day trip as we had to walk extra miles to get to the actual pick up point. When you get to the place they start charging you for a forest nonsense Mayan Jungles conservation fee of $35 per person (it is almost as much as the day trip), which is an extra they put in their pocket, as there is no such tax. I would be happy to contribute to the conservation as a voluntary donation, but not happy to having to pay it disguised as such. Then they immediately take you in their shop to try to sell you everything you do not need at tourist overpriced prices. They barely give you a tasting of 2 small tacos which they dare to call lunch and not to mention the tequila tasting, which is a joke. I do not drink but frankly it is offensive. The cenote is nice. At the end of this harassment ring of trying to push extra charges on you, they even expect a tip? The experience is very demeaning, I would not recommend it.
