    Round-trip transportation

Our only issue is with the provided round-trip transportation. He was 30 minutes late picking us up from hotel. When the excursion was over he was an hour and half late picking us up and returning us to respective location.

O ly good for children under 12

You will spend more time waiting around than actually doing the activities. And there is an additional charge when you get there. 35 person. The Atv ride was very disappointing and you o ly ride for about 15 minutes up the bumpy road you came in on with two one minute u-like pathway. The zipline was very good that's why I give it two stars and the zipline staffers make it fun and very interesting they get 5Stars alone. The cenote splash is cool that's about 3 stars. Horseback riding is about 3-5 minutes in a small circle the horse almost broke his leg on the loose big rocks. It's a bad safety issue for the horses. Then it had to limp I honestly thought it was going to fall. The tasting was ok but not as good as the one we watched in the larger group.

    Buyer Beware

Long bumpy road to get there and they charge an extra fee to get into a park but it’s no park to be found just an open spot in the woods where the activities take place. Road is too bumpy to have fun riding atvs so u have to go very slow. And at the end of the tour they actually almost harass u into giving them tips for the excursion

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your recent visit did not live up to your expectations, as we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our guests. We understand your frustration regarding the road conditions. While the natural terrain can be challenging, we are constantly looking for ways to improve accessibility. Regarding the entry fee, we appreciate your observation and will work on clarifying how these funds are used to maintain the activity areas. Most importantly, we are very concerned about your comments regarding the pressure for tips. This does not reflect our service standards, and we will take immediate steps with our team to ensure that any gratuity remains strictly optional and that our guests never feel uncomfortable. We value your business and hope you might give us another chance in the future to provide the seamless experience you deserve. Best regards,

Absolutely amazing from my transfer to the whole experience. I did the zip line which was amazing and not too scary. The ATV was amazing lasted about half an hour it's the 1st time I've done this and would definitely do it again. The horse riding was amazing the horses are beautiful i rode Orio they are well looked after and well behaved. The cenotaph was thrilling jumping in and was absolutely beautiful with bats flying around but they don't bother you. The food and drink was lovely . Shout out to all the staff they are amazing. 🥰

ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash cost?

    +

Prices start at $29 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does ATV Tour with Free Horseback Ride and Cenote Splash start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
