Great Cancun Experience
We drove ourselves to cenote location, we were staying at Marriott in Cancun. Paid $40 on top of price of ticket, conservation charge. The cenotes were beautiful, tour guides were attentive. The zip lines and ATV ride were fun. Well worth the money. Ticket included meal and tequila tasting. Way cheaper on Viator than what our hotel was wanting to charge.

Pathetic and unprofessional
I was disappointed with this experience, mainly because it did not match what was advertised. The booking clearly stated that hotel pickup was included. However, after confirming our reservation, we received a message telling us to meet at the entrance gate, which was about 1 km from our hotel lobby. What made this even more frustrating was seeing other guests being picked up and dropped off directly at their hotel lobbies. Before the tour, the operator informed me by text that the required tax was 800 pesos (approximately USD 45) per person. I agreed, expecting to pay a total of USD 225 for our family of five. Instead, we were charged USD 245 at the venue, with no clear explanation for the difference. The tour itself felt rushed, leaving very little time to properly enjoy the activities. The only highlight of the day was the cenote, which was beautiful and made the trip somewhat worthwhile. Another disappointing aspect was the constant pressure to tip. It felt like staff were expecting additional gratuities throughout the experience, and some even appeared offended when the tips did not meet their expectations. Tipping should always be voluntary and based on the quality of service, not something guests feel pressured into. To make matters worse, on the return trip the driver made multiple stops at currency exchange locations for what appeared to be personal reasons. These unnecessary stops delayed our return and added to the overall frustration after an already disappointing day. The most concerning part of the experience was the driver's behavior while driving. He placed his mobile phone on the steering wheel and started watching videos while operating the vehicle with passengers on board. This was extremely unprofessional and created a serious safety risk. I have photos and messages documenting the issues described in this review. Overall, this tour did not deliver the experience that was promised. Better communication, transparent pricing, respect for guests' time, and a stronger commitment to passenger safety would have made a significant difference.

I do not recommend it if you want to take photos.
The truth is that they charge you more tax than what is stated and they think they have the right to forbid your cell phone on purpose just so you cannot take photos and they can take them for you and charge you for them. Pure business. I do not recommend it

This was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The agency reached out a day in advance to provide all the necessary details and answer my questions; they were attentive every step of the way. The transportation to the park was seamless, and the driver was very professional. Once at the park, the fun never stopped: the ATV tour was a blast and the ziplines were incredible—pure adrenaline, especially one that is impressively long. A highlight of the trip was visiting two different cenotes, which was the perfect way to relax and swim in crystal-clear waters. We even had an informative session inside one of them where they explained the history of these natural wonders. Safety briefings were provided before every activity, and my guide was incredibly friendly and always looked after us. This is hands down one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. I highly recommend it!
