Nice staff, aged and worn out facility

The staff are very friendly and supportive which help with the experience, but the ATVs are extremely old with bald tires. The course is extremely simple and boring and you just do laps around their facility. Zip lines were quite fun however visually you're taking your life into your hands as they are tied to trees with old logs and wouldn't pass any kind of safe certification if one existed out there. The included lunch with our tour was also extremely Bland. Worse than Supermarket sushi. Should about 1/2 the price of what we paid. They also force you to put all your belongings in lockers including phones so pictures of the Aging facility are not possible

Response from the operator: Dear Customer: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for highlighting the friendliness and attentiveness of our staff. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the zipline experience and the service provided by our team. We're sorry that some aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. Our tour is designed to offer excellent value for the price and includes transportation, lunch, safety equipment, and all the activities, making it one of the most affordable options in the area. We would also like to clarify that all of our equipment, including the ziplines and safety gear, is regularly inspected and fully certified to meet the required safety standards. The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. Regarding the use of cell phones during the activities, this policy is in place to protect both our guests and their personal belongings. In the past, some visitors have dropped their phones while riding the ATVs or using the ziplines, resulting in lost or damaged devices. For this reason, we ask guests to store their phones and other valuables in the lockers before participating. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lunch and our facilities. We value every review, as it helps us continue improving. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Warm Regards

ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun cost?

    +

Prices start at $71 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun?

    +

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does ATV & Zipline Adventure with Cenote Swim from Cancun start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
