Trek around Annapurna
We did a 15-day Annapurna trek with Himalayan Trekking Path, guided by Ram (also the head of HTP), and it was an exceptional experience. Unexpected heavy snow in Manang (3,500 m) forced us to shorten the trek (or wait 3-4 days there, but we did not have the extra time). Ram handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and creativity. Always positive, reliable, and attentive, he managed to reorganize our itinerary seamlessly — including finding a Jeep for part of our return and 'saving' us a 3-4 day walk back in bad weather, but a big challenge while hundreds of trekkers were also stranded and desperate to find one. Thanks to his deep knowledge of Nepal and caring attitude, we enjoyed beautiful alternative hikes and cultural visits around Pokhara and the Kathmandu Valley. What could have been a setback turned into a most memorable travel experience. I highly recommend Himalayan Trekking Path and Ram — and will certainly rely on them again for a next trek in Nepal Himalaya!
Response from the operator: Dear Pascal B Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful review! We are truly delighted to hear that your 15-day Annapurna trek with Himalayan Trekking Path was such an exceptional experience. Weather in the high Himalaya can be unpredictable, and the heavy snowfall in Manang was indeed a rare challenge. We greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility during that time. Your kind words about Ram mean a lot to us. His professionalism, positivity, and problem-solving skills are qualities we value enormously, and we’re glad he was able to reorganize your itinerary smoothly — especially at a moment when so many trekkers were also trying to secure transportation. It’s wonderful to know that his experience and care helped you avoid days of walking back in difficult conditions and ensured you still enjoyed a rich and memorable journey. We’re very happy that the alternative hikes and cultural experiences around Pokhara and the Kathmandu Valley made your trip special in a different way. Nepal offers many unique treasures, and it’s rewarding to see that these moments became highlights for you. Thank you again for your high recommendation and trust. We would be honored to guide you on your next Himalayan adventure — and we look forward to welcoming you back to Nepal! Warm regards, Himalayan Trekking Path Team

Great trek through Thorong La Pass and Tilicho Lake
Amazing trek, which was also greatly organised, including some change in the itinerary upon my wish. All rooms on trek were clean and cosy as far as it is possible in the remote areas, and food very tasty. Shiva and Susan are both very professional and helpful. Views are stunning all the way, but especially in the Manang Valley, on the way to Thorong La Pass and Tilicho Lake itself.
Response from the operator: Dear Katerina Namaste and warm Greetings from Nepal Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for sharing your experience of the Thorong La Pass and Tilicho Lake trek! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the stunning views, especially in the Manang Valley and around Tilicho Lake – truly some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Himalayas. We're also glad the flexibility in the itinerary worked well for you and that you were comfortable with the accommodations and food along the way. Shiva and Susan will be thrilled to know their professionalism and support made a positive impact on your journey. We’re very proud to have them as part of our team. Thank you again for trekking with us – we hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Nepal soon! Warm regards, Ramhari Neupane

A Memorable Annapurna Circuit Journey
The Annapurna circuit track was my second track experience with Ramhari Neupane, Himalayan Trekking Path P. Ltd. overall, it exceeded all expectations. The first time was the Annapurna base camp with my son. This time was with my wife and friends from around the world. Ram’s expertise, professionalism and knowledge of the region made the journey smooth and interesting . He was attentive to detail, genuinely cared for us, and ensured that every aspect of the trek was handled with his best intention so we didn’t need to worry. Our group had many questions prior to the trip. Ram always responsive and timely. This was huge for me. He has a spiritual side to him that he is an example of which is nice to see and experience. I trust him and would highly recommend tracking with him to anyone seeking a memorable and safe adventure in the Himalayan mountains.
Response from the operator: Dear Jeff C Thank you so much for your beautiful and heartfelt review. It’s truly an honor to have been part of your second trekking experience in Nepal — and we’re thrilled that you chose to return to Himalayan Trekking Path, this time with your wife and friends from around the world! His deep knowledge of the Annapurna region, genuine care for every trekker, and thoughtful approach to guiding are qualities we value deeply. We're glad to hear that his attention to detail and responsiveness helped make your journey smooth and stress-free, both before and during the trek. It brings us joy to know that the spiritual side of the Himalayan experience came through as well. We believe that trekking in Nepal is not just a physical adventure, but also an emotional and soulful journey — and it’s wonderful to hear that you felt that connection. Thank you once again for your trust and recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you, your family, or friends back for another unforgettable Himalayan adventure — whether it's to Everest, Langtang, Mustang, or another hidden gem of Nepal. Why this scores 75
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.
How much does Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days cost?
+
Prices start at $1,000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days take?
+
Plan for about 360 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.
Is Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 360-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 360-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?
+
On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kathmandu Sightseeing | UNESCO World Heritage sites Private/Group, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek: Private Group & Discounte Price. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kathmandu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
