Unforgettable.

Really fantastic, truly once in a lifetime experience. An exciting journey, although not exactly within everyone's reach.

Response from the operator: This genuinely made our morning here in Kathmandu — thank you so much for every kind word. 🙏 You have said it perfectly — and honestly, we would not change that one bit. The journeys that are not within everyone's reach are precisely the ones that stay with you forever. There is something deeply earned about standing somewhere that demands everything you have — physically, mentally, spiritually — and knowing you made it. That feeling cannot be replicated on an easy path. What you have experienced is rare. And the fact that you called it fantastic despite — or perhaps because of — its demands says everything about the kind of traveller you are. It has been our honour to be part of it. 🏔️ For those reading this who feel the call — we are always here to help you find out whether this journey is right for you. The mountains reward the prepared and the determined. And for those who are ready, there is truly nothing like it. May the memories of this adventure stay with you for a lifetime — and may the next great journey find you soon. 🙏 With warmth from the Himalayas, Ajay — Swotah Travel & Adventure

EBC Trek

Oh man this trip was amazing from the start. Our guide Bijay was the best. He told us which foods were good and constantly checked on us. Forming a bond with his was great. He made fun of me for taking a shower and really cared when I got sick. If you are adventurous, I recommend this trip. There were rough time between not showering and sleeping well but the views and everything was amazing. Hats off to all the porters carrying everything as well. Make sure to bring a deck of cards.

Response from the operator: Namaste Patrick, It was great having you and happy to welcome you again. Take care, Ajay

Great three high passes trek

The trek was well structured (anti-clockwise) with the most difficult pass at the beginning. We had a great guide, Bijay. He was fun and always made sure that we were ok and set a good pace for the trek. He also adapted the plan based on our preferences. The tea houses and the food was good. They were really accommodating both when my flight was cancelled and when we wanted to complete the trek sooner as we had a fast pace. The trek was great and the views amazing. I would definitely recommend it!

Response from the operator: Dear Gianluca, Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re so glad to hear that the Everest Three High Passes Trek was a memorable experience. It’s great that Bijay was able to tailor the trek to your preferences while ensuring everyone was comfortable and enjoying the journey. We appreciate your recommendation and are thrilled to know you had such amazing views and experiences throughout. We hope to welcome you on another adventure with us in the future! Warm regards, Ajay

14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive) cost?

+

Prices start at $1250 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive) take?

+

Plan for about 336 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive) worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive)?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive) suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 16. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 336-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive)?

+

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 336-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 14 Days Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu (All Inclusive) start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
