    Bus Ride From Hell!

The bus was dirty. The intake air vents were cloged with dirt. The seat frames had lots of built up grime. The sky windows were covered in dust and spots. The driver drove very fast. Passengers had to hold on, not be tossed around. Driver had to often break hard to avoid running into the vehicle in front of him. Until we stopped, a couple of hours into the ride, they had the air off. The ride was awful, the scenery was beautiful. I recommend the destination!

    Disappointing Experience

Sad that we were so short on time that at each stop the guide said. Here is what you could donate thisnstop but we don't have time so just walk the city or each lunch. This was repeated at each stop. And if you chose to do one of the activities and missed the bus you could pay to take the train toothed next stop. SAD. Also our guide Axel, though a nice man only gave information for about 45min total of a 12hr day and on the way back he said he would skip the lecture so we could sleep. I did not pay to sleep. We could have saved money by buying a train ticket and guiding ourselves..

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback, Dwight. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the time at the different stops was too limited. Our itinerary is specifically designed to allow sufficient time at each destination while also covering all the highlights included in the tour. We understand, however, that everyone has different expectations for how they would like to spend that time. We also appreciate your comments regarding the amount of information provided during the journey. We’ll take your feedback on board and share it with our team. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zurich.

How much does Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen cost?

    +

Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zurich usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zurich is not rushed.

Is Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 49 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zurich, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen?

    +

Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zurich can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zurich and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Zurich SkyGlass Bus Tour to Interlaken,Grindelwald &Lauterbrunnen start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zurich within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Zurich?

    +

On Outty we rank every Zurich experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Zurich Food Tour with 10 Local Delicacies, Cheeses & Chocolates, Private, excellent guided tour of Zurich (from CHF 21/pers.), Zürich Historic District Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Zurich?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Zurich?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
