It was not we expected in...
It was not we expected in a city tour. Our guide appeared to be unprepared, unprofessional, and negative.
Response from the operator: Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. We're actually quite surprised by it, since we usually only receive positive feedback on Lukas's tours. Could you please tell us exactly what wasn't right?

Great personal tour
We had an excellent and informative tour. Our tour guide is a long time resident and knows all the history, details & interesting stories. She was able to get us into special places that you wouldn’t even know were there. This was a more petsonalized tour, better than a big bus tour. This is definitely a tour you don’t want to miss.
Response from the operator: Thank you Daniel, was nice to taking you around ! Maria

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Zurich?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Zurich?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
