Stellar!!
We had such a lovely time with Viktoriya! Our train got delayed, and yet she was extremely accommodating and waited for us at no extra charge, which I thought was incredibly sweet of her! But beyond that she knew the city like the back of her hand, extremely insightful, very professional, and you were to refer us to the best part of the city! What a truly beautiful experience in a beautiful city !

The best tour guide in Zurich!!
I booked a 3-hour tour in Zurich, and Andrea was our guide. The whole time, it felt like he was our friend. He was very knowledgeable and described the architecture of the churches clearly. He talked about Swiss culture, showed us amazing places and viewpoints. In just a few hours, I learned more about Switzerland than I would have by traveling alone. Highly recommend Andrea — he is absolutely the best!

A sub-par, unimpressive tour and a thoroughly unprofessional tour operator. Steer clear!
While the 2 hour private tour of Zurich was thoroughly unimpressive, what was more shocking was the phone call from Gavino, the owner of the company, after I rated the tour. He blamed me for booking through a website and for booking late. He yelled at me that “you Americans expect a professional guide” and further whined that he had tried to call 9 other guides, but all were booked, so he was forced to assign us the guide he gave us or risk some kind of penalty from the website I booked the tour through. It was the single most unprofessional phone call I have ever had with a tour operator in more than 40 years. Steer clear of this tour operator at all costs.
