The Alps tour of the ice cave .

That this tour was one of the highlights of our trip, thanks to the wonderful guide Gabriel, (not sure on the spelling of his name) he was very considerate, kind and compassionate about his job. His sense of humor and knowledge went above and beyond just a job for him.

Response from the operator: Thank you, Patricia, for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear that the tour was one of the highlights of your trip. Gabriel will be very happy to know that his kindness, knowledge, and sense of humor made such a positive impact on your experience. Lucerne/Titlis tour

Good trip overall even with the delays leaving and getting back. Wish the tour company would purchase the tickets before we arrive at Titlus. This would save about 45 minutes of sitting around waiting for the guide to buy tickets.

Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a good trip overall, even with the delays. Regarding the tickets for Titlis, we completely understand your point. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the ticket purchase process, as this is managed directly by the Titlis service and the tour company. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Kind regards

    If you are afraid of...

If you are afraid of heights it isn’t the trip for you. Also motion sickness medicine helps with altitude sickness.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the 5 stars, Teresa! We’re glad you enjoyed the experience and truly appreciate you sharing these useful tips for future guests. Your advice will help others prepare so they can fully enjoy the spectacular views.

    Lucerne is beautiful!...

Lucerne is beautiful! Surrounded by water with beautiful bridges, buildings and an amazingly gorgeous cathedral. Very walkable area! Plenty of time to explore. The cable ride up Mount Titlis is breathtaking. It was foggy at the top so we could not see out which was unfortunate but still overall awesome for the experience. Highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed your time in Lucerne—it's truly a stunning city with so much charm and history. It’s great to hear you had plenty of time to explore and appreciated the beautiful sights, including the cathedral and iconic bridges. Mount Titlis is always a memorable experience, and while it’s a pity the fog limited the views at the top, we’re happy to know the journey itself was still breathtaking. Thank you for the recommendation, and we hope to welcome you on another Keytours excursion soon!

    Ruined my trip!

Poor communication from tour operator made me miss the tour. I asked the other operators in the terminal and said they don’t have physical office so I have to ask around. And I ended up asking most buses there and missing them. That’s when I tried to call them but can’t connect. Then I sent them messages and they replied 11 mins past the scheduled departure.

Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The Zurich bus station is quite small, and although we don’t have a physical office, our buses are equipped with informational signs to clearly indicate the tour location. We also recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes in advance, as mentioned in our tour descriptions, to avoid such issues. Additionally, the supplier's contact number is provided in your reservation, and calling them could have helped resolve the situation more quickly. We appreciate your understanding. Regards

    +

Prices start at $208 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zurich usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Zurich: Lucerne Village & Mount Titlis, The Eternal Snow Mountain take?

    +

Is Zurich: Lucerne Village & Mount Titlis, The Eternal Snow Mountain worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zurich, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Zurich: Lucerne Village & Mount Titlis, The Eternal Snow Mountain?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Zurich: Lucerne Village & Mount Titlis, The Eternal Snow Mountain suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Zurich: Lucerne Village & Mount Titlis, The Eternal Snow Mountain?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zurich can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zurich and add a light layer if any part of the 10.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Zurich?

    +

On Outty we rank every Zurich experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Zurich Food Tour with 10 Local Delicacies, Cheeses & Chocolates, Private, excellent guided tour of Zurich (from CHF 21/pers.), Zurich Historic District Guided 2-Hour Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Zurich?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Zurich?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
