A very disappointing experience: you pay a lot and enjoy little My experience at both Parque Warner Madrid and Warner Beach has been quite disappointing. Both have things that could be very good, but the organization, the lines, the prices, and, above all, the restrictions make the experience not live up to what you pay. One of the points that caught my attention the most is the food issue. The rule of having to leave food in a locker applies to both Parque Warner and Warner Beach. The most absurd thing is that, even though they don't allow you to enter with it, you can leave, go to the locker, eat it there, and then re-enter. So, what is the point of this prohibition? In the end, it seems the only consequence is that, once inside, you are practically forced to buy food and drinks at their establishments, where the prices are very high. The drinks have exorbitant prices. For example, the refillable soda cup or bottle costs around €17, which seems exaggerated to me, especially for families who have to multiply that expense by several people. There is also the “all-inclusive” option, which looks interesting on paper, but in practice turns out to be quite absurd. You can end up paying more than €100 per adult and per child and, even then, there are restrictions on when you can go to order food. You cannot order when you want: you have to wait approximately an hour between orders. If you are at the park all day, especially with children, it makes no sense to pay for a service that is supposed to be “all-inclusive” and then tells you when you can use it. As for the attractions, the lines are endless when there are large crowds. My recommendation is clear: avoid Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. When the park exceeds 20,000 people, the experience can be truly horrible: crowds, very long waits, and a large part of the day lost waiting in line. If you have the possibility, it is much better to go during the week and outside of peak season. The games to win stuffed animals also leave a lot to be desired. If you pay, for example, for 10 balls and manage to hit the target before using them all, they do not allow you to continue playing with the balls you have already paid for. If you have bought 10 attempts, it would be logical to be able to use all 10. The situation is quite frustrating and leaves a very negative impression. In general, the impression is that everything is designed for you to end up spending more money: admission, food, drinks, lockers, games, and various extras. And when you have already paid a significant amount to enter, it is quite disappointing to encounter so many limitations. Both Parque Warner and Warner Beach should seriously rethink these policies. If they do not allow you to bring food, they should offer reasonable alternatives and more adjusted prices. If they sell an “all-inclusive” package, it should be truly flexible. And if you pay for a certain number of attempts in a game, you should be able to use them all. In summary: good facilities and attractions, but an experience greatly harmed by the lines, overcrowding, excessive prices, and rules that are often difficult to understand. If you decide to go, it is better to go during the week, avoid holidays and peak days, and be prepared to spend quite a bit of money once inside. For the price you pay, I think they should take much better care of the visitor and offer a much more logical and satisfying experience.

The wooden ride hurts more than getting hit in the ear with a wet Mikasa soccer ball. After the rides I have to lower the harnesses between 3 people.

Great evening

Great amusement park, totally worth my money. Easy access, no lines to enter the park. Plan your transportation ahead of time, it was a little difficult since the bus not always stops at the park. We arrived at 5 pm and left the park after the last show, lots to do and see. Great rollercoasters and super fun rides. Batman and Superman were my favorites, I have ridden a lot of rollercoasters but those two are on my top 5, very exciting and intense.
