    Fun Class | Excellent Instruction

Great time! Fun couples to cook with, and excellent instruction. Have made paella for years, and picked up some new techniques, especially regarding socarrat.

    Great Experience

A wonderful experience. I did the Paella Class and it was great. The visit to the market was fun and educational, returning to the kitchen was a great experience, preparing and learning about paella. I loved that it was all hands-on and I got to do every step myself. The result was fun, educational, satisfying and above all, the paella came out exceptionally well. It was tasty, filled with great ingredients and flavors and I got to take the leftovers for later! A great experience and highly recommended.

Habds on with great tips and insights!

Teresa was awesome! Started with a quick overview, then down to the markets to buy all the ingredients our class and another would need. (She also customized our dishes based on allergies for each couple!). She knew all the vendors and Teresa & vendors talked about the different veggies and why to use each, the variety of fish, prawn, squid, how to tell freshness. Fun times! The cooking was hands on, clear with lots of secret tips on how to make the perfect paella! The sagria we made was the BEST we'd had in 12 days in Portugal & Spain. Paella was excellent and more than we could eat. Fantastic experience!!
