Poco fiable. Only refunded us when further action threatened.

This looked ideal for us. We both speak Spanish to university standard and are interested in street art, like riding bikes and like Valencia. We booked via Viator but the next day were sad to learn that the guide was ill and would be unable to take us. The ride was postponed till the next day, but by then the guide was no better, no other suitable option was available before we moved on from Valencia to Tarragona. So we asked for a refund, and that is when the trouble started. I have screenshots of all the WhatsApp conversations that followed. They said their refund system needed to be updated, and after some prompting and a reminder asked for my IBAN details. Nothing happened after that. I reminded them again, and it was only two weeks later when I said I was going to contact Viator, arrange a credit card chargeback and post reviews of their service that I received a message that Viator was refunding me. There was no apology from them for the delay and no explanation. Either this was incompetence or a deliberate attempt to hang onto our money. Aunque somos guiris pero esto parece una estafa innecesaria. Si la empresa hubiera nos reembolsado sin necesidad de recordarla, y de amenazarla con más medidas no escribiría esta reseña.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry. You were right to be frustrated. Our guide's illness was unavoidable, but the refund process afterwards was not handled as it should have been — a colleague covering the shop wasn't familiar with the Viator cancellation procedure and asked you for details that were never needed, which caused confusion and delay. You should never have had to chase us. We're glad the refund was completed, and we've since made sure our whole team knows exactly how these cases are handled. If you'd ever like to reach out to us directly, we'd be glad to make things right with a gift certificate — and if you're back in Valencia, we'd genuinely welcome the chance to show you the city properly.

    A must do.

So much hidden street art. Thanks to David, we managed to see some of it. Good to hear the history of the art and artists. A lot to see in a short time. Would have liked more time to take photos. We loved David’s energy and enthusiasm. Fabulous tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear you had such a fabulous time on the tour with David! Valencia’s street art scene is full of hidden gems, and it’s wonderful to know David helped bring that world to life for you with his energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm. He’ll be thrilled to hear your feedback! We totally understand wanting more time for photos—there’s just so much to capture! Next time you join us (we hope there’s a next time!), feel free to let us know if you’d like a slightly slower-paced ride. We’re always happy to tailor the experience when we can. Thanks again for choosing us to explore Valencia—hope to see you again soon for another ride through the city's creative corners! 🎨🚴‍♂️

    An unexpectedly fun adventure

We booked this tour in the shop and after an hour we were off with a cheerful and knowledgeable girl named Clemencia. A helmet is required for the electric scooters, it is included in the price (we were offered hygienic caps under the helmet, but we refused as the helmets were clean). The tour itself was a lot of fun, two hours flew by like a few minutes. We learned interesting facts and got tips on where to go after the tour. Before the tour I was afraid it would be boring, but it turned out to be the opposite, one of the most fun experiences. Thanks to the team at Pelican Bikes. Highly recommended!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for the review!

An excellent location and very friendly staff for scooter hire in Valencia's park

This was an excellent service and excellent price - £30 (euros) for the day which I thought was a great price. Really lovely and helpful staff and so close to the entrance to the fantastic Turia (Valencia park). We travelled 18 miles and battery lasted fine. Scooter went on an average speed of 8 miles which was enough of a speed to take in all the sights from the bio park to the beach. I have never ridden an e scooter before and I was worried about it but the lovely person at the desk put our minds at ease. Make sure you take photo identification as this needs to be left as a deposit.

Response from the operator: Thank you! We appreciate your kind and informative review

Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Valencia.

How much does Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike cost?

    +

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Valencia usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Valencia is not rushed.

Is Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Valencia, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Valencia can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Valencia and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Valencia Street Art | Small Group Guided Tour by Bike start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Valencia within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Valencia?

    +

On Outty we rank every Valencia experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Valencia Bike Tour from the City to the Beach, plus Bike Guy App!, Paella Cooking Class, Wine Tasting & Central Market in Valencia, Real Paella Cooking Class – Market Visit & Sangría Workshop. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Valencia?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Valencia?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
