    Terrible

Had to wait for ages and it was really underwhelming when we got in

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, particularly regarding the wait time and your visit overall. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait longer than expected, especially during busy periods. We're always looking at ways to improve the experience for our guests, and your comments will be shared with our team. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope you'll consider giving us another try in the future.

    Disappointing

Underwhelming and not worth the entrance fee. Our 10 and 12 year old grandsons were pleading to leave after 10 minutes. Would be better off just taking the kids to look at the exterior which will cost nothing. Don't go if you have balance issues, the floors are on a tilt

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your visit didn't meet your expectations and that your grandsons didn't enjoy the experience as much as you had hoped. The Upside Down House is designed as a unique, interactive photo attraction, and while many guests enjoy exploring the tilted interior and creating fun perspective photos, we understand that it may not appeal to everyone. You're also right to mention the tilted floors - they are an intentional part of the experience, and we do advise that guests with balance or mobility concerns take extra care during their visit. We appreciate your honest comments, as they help us continue to improve the experience for all our visitors. We wish you and your family all the best.

WARNING – The Upside Down House is a complete waste of money.

It’s a terrible experience. The space is tiny -you walk into a tiny hallway and on the left is what looks like a small bathroom, go up some metal stairs, and then there’s just one small room. That’s it. The whole thing takes about five minutes and there is really nothing to see or do. It felt completely underwhelming and not worth the price at all. Please don’t waste your money. It’s £7.95 per person and honestly you’d be better off giving that money to a homeless person, donating it to charity, or even buying yourself a coffee -anything but spending it on this. Total nonsense.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your visit didn't meet your expectations. The Upside Down House is designed as a compact, interactive photo attraction where the focus is on capturing creative and memorable photos in a uniquely inverted setting, rather than being a large walk-through experience. We understand that this style of attraction isn't for everyone, and we're sorry it didn't provide the value you were hoping for. We appreciate your honest comments, as guest feedback helps us review and improve the experience we offer. We wish you all the best and thank you again for visiting.

Interesting, but not really worth the cost... and it won't take much of your time...

It's an interesting visit, but there's not much to see... it took us about 10 minutes (and that's being generous). We had a visit voucher to use up, so it didn't cost us anything directly, but we weren't impressed with the normal entry price - we didn't think it was worth it. My wife's comment was "if we'd known that that was all it was, we'd have use the voucher for something else!" We ended up going to the Westfield shopping centre across the road... that ended up costing us more, but was a great deal better value!

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found the experience interesting, although we're sorry to hear it didn't fully meet your expectations. The Upside Down House is designed as a unique, interactive photo attraction that most guests explore in around 10–20 minutes, with the focus on capturing fun and creative photos rather than being a lengthy visit. We understand that perceptions of value can vary, and we're sorry you felt the admission price didn't reflect your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your comments, as they help us better understand our guests' expectations. Thank you for visiting, and we hope you enjoyed the rest of your day at Westfield.

    Nothing wow

The upside down house is an interesting concept, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations. The house is very small, the entry fee is high, and our visit lasted no more than 15 minutes. It might be fun for kids or for a quick stop, but overall it didn’t feel worth the price.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the experience didn't fully meet your expectations. The Upside Down House is designed as a fun, interactive photo attraction, with the focus on creating unusual and memorable pictures rather than being a long-duration attraction. We understand that some visitors may be looking for a larger experience, and we appreciate your comments regarding the size and value. We're pleased that you found the concept interesting, and we hope that families and guests looking for a quick, unique photo opportunity continue to enjoy their visits. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us understand what matters most to our visitors.

Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.

How much does Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket cost?

    +

Prices start at $11 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket take?

    +

Plan for about 0.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.

Is Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 43 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.1/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 0.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Upside Down House Westfield London Entry Ticket start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in London?

    +

London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour, Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit London?

    +

May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in London?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
