A Great Tour
My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Salvador (Sal)! Even though the Tulum ruins were closed for construction, the Coba ruins were a great alternative (although a longer drive from our resort). Sal was incredibly knowledgable about the ruins and we sincerely enjoyed chatting and getting to know him on the drive. After the ruins, Sal took us to a wonderful Mayan restaurant, and while it was definitely a hole-in-the-wall, it was delicious. Lastly, the cenote was so refreshing, especially after walking around the ruins. We highly recommend this tour! Private is definitely the way to go.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. Oscar was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, kind, and most importantly very patient and caring with our kids. He was on time at our hotel and did not rush as at all during the tour. We would highly recommend this private tour. Ask for Oscar!

Easy, knowledgeable, overall good!
The tour guide Jose was amazing and very knowledgeable! I would say as it advertised the Gran Cenote as a stop, it wasn’t on the itinerary… it was a different Cenote. I had booked with this understanding and although we were able to switch the cenote, we did have to pay the difference.

Perfect Tour of Tulum and the Gran Cenotes.
My friend and I had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide, Taco, was fantastic. He picked us up on time from our condo and was an attentive, knowledgeable, and all-around fantastic guide. My friend wasn't feeling well the day of our tour and Taco was so caring the entire day. In Tulum, the heat was oppressive. Taco didn't rush us through the site, and he was able to find every shady area to stop while explaining each area. He escorted my friend to the restroom when she really needed to go and gave me clear directions on where to meet them so I could continue to see the rest of the site while she rested. At the Gran Cenote, Taco provided great information about the cenotes and allowed us to enjoy the area at our leisure. He is also an awesome photographer. He took some great shots of me while I relaxed in the water. After leaving the cenotes, we stopped for a bite to eat and made our way back to our condo in Playa Del Carmen. Overall, the tour was exactly what we were hoping for and Taco really made the day special.
