    Well organized

The baths in Bucharest are definitely a place to visit. They are very well organized, and everything works perfectly; the staff is very attentive to ensure that you follow the rules. The spaces are very large, with many restaurants, bars, and relaxation areas for all tastes. The only downside is that the changing rooms are mixed with men and women, there is no distinction, and the spaces for changing are quite narrow, but they are clean and fairly organized. In the changing rooms, you will also find hair dryers available. With the electronic bracelet that is given at the entrance (different for the type of ticket purchased), you can pay without carrying a credit card. Once you exit, the bill is settled. I found it to be a very convenient tool. Even the dining areas, which are numerous, are well organized, meaning there is food for every taste, and in the Galaxy area, there is even a restaurant with a children's menu. Everything was perfect. Thank you, we had a great time.

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you very much for your detailed and positive review! We are delighted to hear that your visit to Therme Bucharest was such a good experience and that you appreciated the overall organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the facilities. It’s great to know that you found the wristband payment system convenient and easy to use, as well as the variety of restaurants, bars, and relaxation areas suitable for all preferences. We’re also happy that the Galaxy area and its family-friendly options added to your enjoyment. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the changing areas, and we understand how comfort and space in these areas can influence the overall experience. We are very glad you had a pleasant stay and hope to welcome you again for more relaxing experiences in Bucharest. Warm regards,

Scenic spa, little and listless staff

Very nice spa, shame that the staff is totally listless and not often not prepared. Good organization but activities could be better reported.

Cordiali saluti,

A total must if you have a day in Bucharest !!!!

Out of this world. The outside temperature was minus 7 which made it more magical but our full day was filled and very enjoyable. Massage beds, ultrared lamps, cocktails, different spa pools... the perfect day

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that your day at Therme Bucharest felt “out of this world,” especially with the magical contrast of the warm pools and the –7°C winter air — it truly creates a special atmosphere. We’re happy you enjoyed the massage beds, the infrared lamps, the cocktails, and the variety of spa pools. Therme really does offer a full day of relaxation and fun. We would love to welcome you again on your next visit to Bucharest. Feel free to book with us for an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Warm regards,

    Fun time

Very badly organised .you buy in advance and still have to queue up al.oat 90 minutes outside in cold.shoykd be done by time slots. But place is amazing nice food and great relaxation

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear about the long waiting time at the entrance — queuing for almost 90 minutes in the cold is definitely not the relaxing start anyone hopes for. We understand how frustrating it can be, especially when you’ve already purchased tickets in advance. It’s important to mention that we don’t operate the spa or manage the entry system directly; the organization and flow at the entrance are handled entirely by Therme. However, your feedback is valuable, and we always try to prepare our guests with the latest information, including the fact that peak times can lead to significant queues. We’re happy to hear that despite the inconvenience, you still found the place amazing, enjoyed the food, and had a great time relaxing once inside. Therme truly offers a unique experience when things settle down. If you return to Bucharest, we’d be glad to assist you again and help plan a smoother visit. Feel free to book with us for guidance and support throughout your stay. Warm regards,

Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bucharest.

How much does Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access cost?

    +

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bucharest usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bucharest is not rushed.

Is Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Bucharest, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bucharest can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bucharest and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Therme Bucharest Entry Pass – Spa and Pools Access start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bucharest within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Bucharest?

    +

On Outty we rank every Bucharest experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Real tour of Communism, Bucharest Highlights Walking Tour, Top Gear Road, Small-group max 7 pax with Pick-up, Transfăgărăşan. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bucharest?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bucharest?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
