    Incredible experience, thank you MIHNEA

Mihnea was my hero! He helped me find my lost bracelets. Everyone was kind, but he in particular made a great effort to help me recover them. I had left my bracelets in the pocket of my bathrobe, which had been accidentally taken by someone else. Mihnea truly deserves a promotion!!!!

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that Mihnea went above and beyond to help you recover your bracelets. It’s always our goal to make every guest feel supported and cared for, and we’re thrilled that his effort made such a positive impact on your experience. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to our staff member. We’d be delighted to welcome you back for another amazing day at the thermal spa. Whenever you return, feel free to book with us! Warm regards,

    Insta vs reality

Insta vs reality very different. Lovely place but very busy! More like a wet club than a relaxing spa lol! Worth a visit but be prepared for crowds and treatments selling out fast.

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the thermal spa experience! It’s true that the venue can get busy, especially in popular areas, and some treatments may sell out quickly, but we’re happy that you still found it worth visiting. We appreciate your observations and will note them as we continue to improve the experience for our guests. We would be delighted to welcome you again for another visit to Bucharest—whenever you return, feel free to book with us! Warm regards,

    Disappointed

So hard to review… the space is beautiful and so many things to do… BUT this is a horrendously busy space sos by the relaxing break one would hope for. We found it hard to make sense of the timetables as it wasn’t clear. We went on a Monday and did not arrive until 11.00- there were no beds available at anytime from when we arrived until when we left around 18.00. There were not massage or facial appointments available and we later found out they have only FIVE STAFF to provide massage and facials yet a capacity of 5000 clients!!!! That said we did return the next day forewarned and made sure we arrived 30 mins before opening. We did get a bed BUT despite being first inline for treatments the only massages left by this time (bear in mind you can’t book in advance) were a Masage at 19.00! Plus despite a long menu of massage options we were told most of

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful spaces at Therme Bucharest, but we’re truly sorry that the experience did not feel as relaxing as you hoped. As you noticed, Therme can become extremely busy, even on weekdays, and the availability of sunbeds and spa treatments can be limited during peak hours. We completely understand your frustration, especially when timetables are unclear or when treatments sell out shortly after opening. It’s also important to mention that we don’t operate the spa or wellness services directly, so the number of staff assigned to treatments and the booking system are managed by spa itself. However, we do our best to prepare our guests with accurate, up-to-date information so they can make the most of their visit. We appreciate that you returned the next day better prepared, even if treatment options were already limited early in the morning. Many travelers share similar feedback, and we always recommend arriving before opening time for the best experience. Thank you again for your honest insights—they help future visitors set realistic expectations, and they help us improve the guidance we offer. If you return to Bucharest, we would be happy to assist you with planning a smoother visit or exploring other attractions. Feel free to book with us anytime. Warm regards,

A great experience, but to stay at top Therme keep improving the little things 😀

I enjoyed my experience at Therme there is lots to do if you choose, I was there for the whole day. The venue is clean and the staff take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness Although my biggest moan is the booking system for a massage, you can wait up to 45 minutes in a line to get to the booking counter with one person managing the appointments . The demand for a massage is high, there is definitely room for improving this process. The food is nice but warm Despite my niggles I would definitely return

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback about your experience at Therme Bucharest. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the variety of activities and appreciated the venue’s cleanliness — the staff truly works hard to keep everything spotless and relaxing. We completely understand your comments about the massage booking process and food temperature — your insights are very valuable and will surely help improve the experience for future visitors. It’s great to know that, despite these small inconveniences, you’d be happy to return. We hope to welcome you again soon for another rejuvenating day in Bucharest! Warm regards,

Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bucharest.

How much does Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park cost?

    +

Prices start at $32 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bucharest usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bucharest is not rushed.

Is Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bucharest, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bucharest can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bucharest and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Therme Bucharest Tickets and Water Theme Park start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bucharest within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Bucharest?

    +

On Outty we rank every Bucharest experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Real tour of Communism, Bucharest Highlights Walking Tour, Top Gear Road, Small-group max 7 pax with Pick-up, Transfăgărăşan. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bucharest?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bucharest?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
