    Fantastic Tenerife tours with Jamie

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed or stay on Tenerife because of Jamie. He is very professional and knowledgeable, provides interesting insights, very personable, and an absolute joy to be with. He is a top tier guide and speaks English very well. He will expertly tailor your trip based on your interests and activity level. THE NORTH, walk through villages and ports was our second tour with Jamie – he knows all the interesting points and history of the villages and ports, and he took us to great photo locations so we could take photos of iconic locations on Tenerife. We also booked two more tours with Jamie: Our first was the ANAGA, valley of nature and tradition tour, it is a must do trip if you plan to visit Tenerife. Jamie knows all the trails and the breathtaking views to get those majestic pictures that show the beautiful Tenerife landscape. Our third tour was TEIDE National Park and TENO Country Park - he knows the times to get to the various sites to beat the crowds and makes your trip feel special. We asked Jamie to take us to local restaurants for authentic savory food and we experienced gastronomy delights. He also provided us with excellent hotel recommendation which made our stay on Tenerife that much more enjoyable. His electric Mercedes van is a pleasure to ride in, and he is always very punctual. I highly recommend Jamie for any Tenerife tour you are contemplating.

We were in safe hands with Jaime and got to know a new dimension of Tenerife. He enriched the hikes with nature education and interesting places. All plans were met and we are still recalling interesting places and perspectives. He was considerate and cheerful. One of the best guides we have ever met.

    Outstanding in every way!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jaime and Feel Tenerife tours! This was our second tour with Jaime, and again he exceeded expectations in every way. This time, my wife and I brought along our best friends for a tour of the Teide National Park from our too-short cruise port-stop at Santa Cruz de Tenerife. As before, Jaime responded to all of my pre-cruise emails promptly and warmly. With the excellent information Jaime provided, including annotated port-area maps, we were able to meet him at his waiting, super-comfortable, super-quiet, fully-electric Mercedes van and be off on our tour within minutes of our ship’s arrival. Jaime is a certified guide, with many years of university training in the fascinating culture and nature of Tenerife. He freely and engagingly shared with us his immense knowledge of the history and ecology of Tenerife and his deep personal commitment to the environment. While both my wife and I have toured volcanic areas in North and South America, Hawaii, Southern Europe and more , we have never, ever, have experienced in one place the variety and scope of volcanic action and features present around El Teide. Jaime’s intriguing, in-depth explanations brought all of these to life, often exposing fascinating details right in front of us that we’d have missed without his direction. As a bonus, we were treated to Tenerife’s signature drink, the Barraquito, a luscious coffee and local-liquor concoction enjoyed daily on Tenerife as a convivial morning and afternoon reset. Jaime offers many more itineraries beyond our abbreviated if enthralling tour customized to match our short port-stop time. We are certain to return for more experiences with Jaime and Feel Tenerife. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Response from the operator: Dear Marne I haven’t words to be grateful enough. WOW! What a detailed review about your private tour in Tenerife with me. It was a lovely time again guiding your around my beloved Tenerife. I’m so glad to confirm it was also memorable for the four of you. Hope to see you back here in the future. THANKS for trusting me one more time. Best regards! Jaime Muñoz Feel Tenerife

Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tenerife.

How much does Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports cost?

    +

Prices start at $765 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tenerife usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tenerife is not rushed.

Is Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tenerife, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tenerife North Private Tour: Through Villages and Ports start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tenerife?

    +

On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tenerife?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tenerife?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
