Fun Walkthrough of London
This was a great experience. I left feeling accomplished for seeing the best tourist sites and for learning about London's history (all within a day!). I recommend being in Will's group, if it is possible. Will is a phenomenal tour guide, and a pleasure to learn from: It is a quite long tour, but it never felt long which I believe is due to his delivery of the many facts and locations we visited within London. He also gives great recommendations directly proceeding the end of the tour!

Great Comprehensive Tour of London
Jason was our tour guide for this comprehensive tour in 3 parts of London. He was so personable and easy to hear and understand through the tour. Not only did we see the changing of the guard from a great vantage point, but throughout the day he had fascinating antidotes so we got to know th Royal Family along the way. It was a gorgeous day and a lot of walking for the first 3 hours but Jason stopped often to let us catch our breath and informed and entertained every step of the way. Then we boarded the underground for a really pleasant sightseeing walk along the Thames. Finally spent an hour on St. Mark’s Cathedral where we were able to listen to the beautiful Eveningsong service before they closed. It was a super full and tiring day but we absolutely loved it. And being in our 60s we were concerned it might be too much, but it wasn’t and Jason was just great. The whole tour was super organized.

Very disappointed! We felt rushed, had little time for pictures and insufficient restroom breaks.
The itinerary indicated we would end at St Paul’s Cathedral however we did not and had to walk 30 minutes to get back there from where the tour actually ended. We also thought we were going to be able to access sites instead of just pointing to them. We did not go to Tower bridge and the guide pointed to London bridge however we did not walk across it. . We saw the outside of the Shakespeare theater but did not go in. Since the tour did not end at St Paul’s Cathedral (and we paid extra for the admission tickets) we had to backtrack over the Thames and spend 30 minutes getting back there leaving only 40 minutes to tour it. We did not have time to walk the 576 steps to the top which was disappointing. We came all the way from Colorado and picked this tour over other tours but were disappointed. The guide asked several times if we really wanted to keep going. We started with about 30 people and ended with about a dozen. Overall, we saw more in less time the day before when we toured on our own.

St Paul's cathedral
We had 2 hours to kill before our coach home the St Paul's experience was so great we plan to come back with more time to spare. You have to be fit to climb the stairs but the views were well worth it.

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.
How much does St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.
Is St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 31 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does St Pauls Cathedral & See Over 30 Top London Sights Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in London?
+
London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit London?
+
May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in London?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
