Rosen and Umbrella out here doing Gods work
We originally booked with a different agency, but while looking through reviews, Umbrella came up. I decided to cancel our original reservation and book with Umbrella instead—and I am SO glad we did! Rosen Delchev was fantastic! He was an excellent communicator, incredibly responsive, and made the entire experience so easy. His car was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting. We had no internet on our flight, and when we realized we were going to land about 15 minutes late, I quickly sent an email to the agency. Gota immediately sent the nicest email back telling us not to worry—they would wait for us. That kind of customer service makes such a difference when you’re traveling! I wish we needed a ride back because we would absolutely book with them again. We loved everything about this experience. Do yourself a favor—if you need a car service in London, book with Umbrella. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
