Great parasailing tour with Jude and Cole!
Jude and Cole were fantastic as captains of our parasailing tour, delivering a fun and safe ride for everyone (even after some passengers threw them a fireball with undisclosed needs on the boat). We had a blast and would recommend it!
Response from the operator: Thank you for the awesome review! We're so glad you had a blast parasailing with Jude and Cole. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to them. Thanks for choosing Sea Rocket, and we hope to see you again soon!

Disappointing Customer Service & No Flexibility
I arrived at 11:47 AM for my 12:00 PM parasailing reservation. Unfortunately, I got lost trying to find the check-in location because the small booth where someone was supposed to be was completely empty, with no staff or clear directions. I immediately sent a message through Viator and called the company, only to be told that the boat had already left and that I was considered late. As a result, I lost over $200. They also refused to reschedule me for another time, saying they could only send a message to the office and let them decide what to do. My husband and I came from out of town, and this was supposed to be a birthday gift for him. It was incredibly disappointing that there was no flexibility or effort to help us after we arrived just minutes before our scheduled time. I truly hope the company considers rescheduling customers in situations like this, even if it means paying a reasonable rescheduling fee. Improving the check-in process, signage, and overall customer service would make a huge difference in the customer experience.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially since this was meant to be a special birthday celebration. We understand how disappointing that must have been. Our check-in times are in place to ensure all guests can complete the required safety waivers and that tours depart on schedule. We appreciate your comments regarding the check-in process and signage, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We'd be happy to review your concerns.

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
South Florida Parasailing Adventure: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fort Lauderdale.
How much does South Florida Parasailing Adventure cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fort Lauderdale usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does South Florida Parasailing Adventure take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fort Lauderdale is not rushed.
Is South Florida Parasailing Adventure worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fort Lauderdale, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule South Florida Parasailing Adventure?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is South Florida Parasailing Adventure suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book South Florida Parasailing Adventure?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fort Lauderdale can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fort Lauderdale and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does South Florida Parasailing Adventure start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fort Lauderdale within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Fort Lauderdale?
+
Fort Lauderdale sells canal and Millionaire's Row boat cruises, Everglades airboat trips, snorkel and dive charters on the reef, and Miami and Key West day trips. Boat size and reef conditions drive the quality of the water tours. On Outty we rank every Fort Lauderdale experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 1-Hour Interactive Pirate Cruise (arrive 30 minutes early), Fort Lauderdale Segway Tour, Half-day Everglades National Park Tour and 1-Hour Air Boat Ride. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Fort Lauderdale?
+
November to April, with warm water year round. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Fort Lauderdale?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
