Good crew and boat
Lots of sun, use sunscreen! The crew was great, very helpful and courteous. The lunch at the last stop was delicious!

Good, but burns.
The excursion lasts 4 hours, it starts at 9:30 and ends at 13:30-14:00. The snorkeling itself is good, we saw sea turtles, starfish, a baby shark, rays, and fish. The food offered was good, as were the drinks. Now, the downside of this excursion is the sun protection of the participants. We were forbidden from putting on sunscreen on the boat, even if it is biodegradable. The guide told us that, as such, sunscreen could be used but by putting it on about half an hour before boarding the boat, which should be indicated on the online excursion sheet. We could not put on cream, and since the lunch stop took place between 12:00-1:00 PM, we got burned, like a good part of the group, families included. This is not acceptable, even less so with children on board. To finish, the music seemed too present and too loud to us. We recommend the tour but not this company (Intrepid boat).
Response from the operator: hola muchas gracias por compartir su experiencia y por destacar la calidad del snorkel la fauna marina y el servicio a bordo. lamentamos que la política sobre el uso del protector solar haya afectado su experiencia , queremos aclarar que es una regulación del parque nacional de arrecifes de Cozumel para proteger los arrecifes de coral y la vida marina por este motivo no esta permitido aplicar protector solar antes de ingresar al agua incluso si es biodegradable. en la descripción del tour dice claramente que no esta permitido el uso del protector solar. con respecto a la música lo tomaremos en cuenta y aremos una observación. saludos

The guys from Cozumeltastic are the best. From the first contact they answered my questions and helped me book before going to the island. The activities they have are of higher quality and a better experience than others. They were always super friendly and provided a great session. We took the sky tour and it is beautiful, plus they took us to see thousands of fish and turtles. The food is delicious and healthy and with options for vegetarians. Truly the best in Cozumel.
