BEWARE, IT'S A SCAM!
Very disappointing experience and, honestly, I feel deceived by the service received from Paco, who at all times presented himself as the person in charge and made it clear to me that he was the boss. Before booking the activity, we clearly specified to him that our goal was to go snorkeling looking for turtles, rays, and octopuses. We also told him that we wanted to go out by boat to be able to get away from the coast and access deeper areas where there would be more possibilities of seeing marine life. However, Paco took us along the coast, exactly the opposite of what we had requested. The area was presented to us as exclusive and little-known, but upon arriving it was full of people snorkeling on their own, as well as scuba divers. Later we also verified that it was not an area especially known for the presence of the animals we had asked to look for. Obviously, we perfectly understand that in a snorkeling activity it is not possible to guarantee seeing certain animals. It is one thing for them not to appear even if every effort is made to find them, and quite another to take us expressly to an area where the possibilities of finding them are practically non-existent after having previously explained what we wanted to see. The equipment was another major problem. Paco brought just enough wetsuits, with no room to change sizes. It was so small on my father that he ended up getting out of the water in pain, while it was so big on me that I was freezing, to the point of ending up with purple lips and symptoms of hypothermia. We told him about it and his response was basically that it was what it was, without offering us any solution. In addition, Paco came accompanied by a friend. During the first 15 minutes they showed us four fish, all very close to the shore and even on the stairs we had used to enter the water. Afterwards, Paco and his friend spent their time diving on their own to take photos and videos while we stayed up top, barely seeing anything and getting colder by the minute. During the rest of the hour we saw practically nothing else. If we had known that the activity was going to consist of that, we obviously would not have paid more than €50 per person. Added to this is the treatment received from Paco. At all times he had an arrogant and disrespectful attitude, especially towards me and my sister, making comments and mocking the fact that we practice swimming and that we supposedly did not know how to snorkel. It is one thing to explain how to improve technique and quite another to belittle customers during practically the entire activity. Finally, my mother became seriously ill during the previous night and could not attend. It was only our family and Paco with his companion, so there was no issue with spots that would have left a reservation for a larger group empty. Even so, Paco refused to refund the corresponding amount, claiming that "the website did not allow it," even though he had previously made it clear to us that he was the person in charge and the boss. I perfectly understand that a cancellation can mean losing a spot and that there are cancellation conditions, but in this case, I consider that the situation deserved at least some consideration and a coherent explanation. In short, we feel that Paco took advantage of the fact that we were staying in the north of the island to take us to a nearby area with his friend, basically do what they wanted, and charge us the full price for an activity that did not correspond to what we had requested. If we had known in advance that there would be no boat, that we were going to snorkel practically from the shore, that there would be no real search for the wildlife we had requested, and that we were going to spend a good part of the activity watching them take photos of themselves, we would not have booked the excursion. I do not recommend this activity. The problem is not having not seen turtles, rays, or octopuses—that, obviously, cannot be guaranteed—but the lack of professionalism, the inadequate equipment, the treatment received, and that the service offered did not correspond to what we had requested and had been sold to us.

Underwater adventure
An incredible experience, a must-do activity if you visit the island, the marine animals that can be seen are beautiful, the activity is beautiful, instructors very pleasant, attentive and good teaching, I was afraid of the sea and thanks to Paco and Lucas we are leaving with a great desire to repeat, learn, continue to bigger things and above all very happy ❤️

He was incredibly patient and gave us some expert tips that took our freediving to the next level. Snorkelling Excursion
My partner and I genuinely had the best experience of our lives on this excursion and took great care of us! He is professional, encouraging and funny! We are good swimmers but still somewhat apprehensive about snorkelling in the sea. Near the end my partner had a severe leg cramp which prompted a a very thorough underwater massage (free of charge😂) from Pako, which fixed the cramp. He is extremely knowledgeable about the ocean area and free diving in general, he provides a very unique and VIP experience, showing all sorts of unique creatures and habitats from small shrimps, “fish cleaning stations” to crabs and cuttlefish, oar fish and even parrot fish! We were also blessed to see a very rare green turtle while out with Pako and that is an experience we will never forget! Thanks again Pako, you gave us an experience of a lifetime and I am even thinking about doing some free diving/snorkelling training when home!

Highly recommended
We had a wonderful snorkeling excursion with Paco in the beautiful bay of Abades. Paco was very nice, helpful and patient with the children (and with us). We saw lots of different sea animals, even a manta ray. Paco took a lot of videos for us to remember the trip by.
