    dont trust this company

this company is VERY BAD!!!!!!!! We booked 3 reef tour in cozumel and they put us on wrong boat and when we complained the captain dropped us off at a random dock with no way back to where we're supposed to be dropped off. we had to get our own cab AND ferry back to our hotel at a cost of over 150.00. plus they have refused a refund and stopped even talking to us.

Uniquely spectacular snorkel. Great staff! Safety 1st, lifejackets required.

This week our group of 10 booked this excursion. I have to give thanks to the amazing crew on board our vessel. They were friendly, and polite and took very good care of us. For safety reasons, we were all required to wear lifejackets which was a little bit of a bummer for a few on the tour who were expert divers and thought they would be able to free dive while on the tour. So, no free diving as life jackets are a must. They are serious about this. Some of the guys initially dived down with the jackets on and were later pulled aside and warned that's not permitted. But if you plan to snorkel this is a great tour. The reefs were all different and special in their own way. Reef 1 we were photographed surrounded by colorful fish as they were apparently enticed by fish feed. That was ok by me as it gave us ample opportunities for photos and the fish had a treat too. The second reef was more mixed but still enjoyable. The third reef was very deep which was a little scary but we never felt unsafe. We were able to see divers as they dived in the depths. The waters were crystal clear and picture worthy. On this particular day the sea was quite choppy and other than my motion sickness and having to ask to speed up the rocking boat, as idling was sickening, we absolutely loved the experience. NOTE: one of our friends was unable to join the tour due to asthma, however, the Royal Caribbean team was able to make matters straight which was greatly appreciated. Recommendation: I am supremely motions sensitive and this device (EmeTerm Explore FDA Cleared Anti-Nausea Wristband IP67 Waterproof) which I bought on Amazon made it possible for me to enjoy this 3 hour experience. Only at the very end did I feel some motion sickness but with given sea conditions I would be asking too much.

Response from the operator: Hello! We are glad to know that you snorkel experience was uniquely spectacular. We look forward to seeing you again for other wonderful experiences in the Mexican Caribbean. Thank you for your preference. Have a great day!

    Absolutely horrible

We switched our pickup location due to a hotel upgrade. I called the day before and spoke to a lady who made the change and I got a confirmation email. The next day our driver was late because they still went to the hotel I switched from. I had to call and ask where they were due to them being late. Furthermore, the drivers who were hired did not explain anything to us. They got lost in play del Carmen. Then they randomly stop on a side street and get out and walk off without any explanation of what was happening. My friends and I were terrified. THEN our tour guide kept trying to charge us extra money when we already paid for three snorkeling tours but he was claiming it was canceled. We were asked multiple times to pay for a longer trip. We never gave any extra money and did the tour that he claimed we had to pay for and then in the end said “aren’t you glad you got to see the starfish, it was for free on us”. Which is a lie. I feel we kept getting hustled to try to get more money out of us and it was very irritating and unprofessional. The food that was included was absolutely horrific. And lastly, the boat we went on did not have enough life vests, appropriate fitting vests, or vests that were even safe. They were giving adult infant size vests. Many of the life vests were broken and in very poor condition. I also don’t like being asked for tips. I love to give tips but not when people beg for them.

Response from the operator: Hello Yolanda, thank you for letting us know about your tour. Indeed, you asked us to make the change of your pickup one day before your tour, we do not usually make this kind of changes so as not to affect the operation of the pickup service and we did it free of charge. The next point we would like to clarify is the charge on the snorkel. We have investigated with our guide what happened, and he told us that he tried to explain to you that the payment you should make was the marine tax for nature conservation, that tax is specified in the description of our tour, you must pay it in order to enter the natural protected area of the barrier reef. Thank you very much for your review and we are sorry to hear that your experience was not like most of our visitors.
