The most magical day
Wow. Where do I begin? Pietro was an incredible guide. Little Pietro was just 14 years old and so professional!! We trust him with our lives. This was the best day of our trip so far and worth every penny. We got an experience that we could not get in any other way. Incredible views, relaxed/unrushed trip, several stops to jump and swim, truly the most magical day. Unforgettable. Highly recommend 100 times if I could. They even stopped for great instagram-able shots.

Absolute perfection on the water! If you are thinking about booking a boat trip, do not hesitate for a second: Crapolla Charter of Aprea Pietro is the absolute best choice. From the moment we stepped aboard, Pietro and his team made us feel like family. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and passionate about showing us the absolute best spots along the coast. The boat was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the entire day feel effortlessly luxurious. We spent hours taking in the stunning views, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine. Pietro’s local knowledge and hospitality truly made the day unforgettable. Just as we were wrapping up our incredible trip and heading back toward the marina, the weather decided to throw a dramatic plot twist into our sunny paradise. Out of nowhere, the sky rolled in with rain and a quick burst of stormy energy. But honestly? It only made the day even more memorable! Pietro handled the boat like a true master captain, keeping everyone safe, completely dry under cover, and totally relaxed. Watching the coast under the stormy sky was a breathtaking finale to an already amazing day. Rain or shine, Crapolla Charter delivers an top-tier experience. Thank you, Pietro, for an amazing day on the sea — we will definitely be back!

Unprofessional and unresponsive
Do not book. They cancelled while I was waiting on the pier for them to pick me up. I booked a trip for the 18th and they messaged me prior to the trip asking for me to come on the 18th. I let them know that I was already scheduled for the day requested me to change my booking. I called the day prior to confirm the booking and they did not answer. I called the morning of the booking and he said to check my email for pick up instructions. The operator did not tell me that he would not pick me up that day while we were on the phone. Finally they cancelled while I was standing on the pier at the designated pick up time, too late for me to book an alternative experience. Save the time and headache. Book a different boat.

Trip Advisor has Failed
On July 9th at 10 my wife and I discovered a problem with a future booking. The operators boat had been broken for a few weeks yet nobody for the boat company or Trip Advisor contacted us and the company is still selling tours with the company. The company had told previously as recent at July 5th they had to cancel with less than a 24 hr notice. We have spent 6 hours today trying to resolve this issue with Viator with no luck at all. We are getting the run around from them and unable to speak to a person with the appropriate level of tools to help solve our problem. We have been told to wait on hold for long periods of time. At 10 Jason said Macy, his team leader would call back in one hour. Macy never called. At 12 John told us Macy was not available and was in a meeting and she would call back today. She never called. At 1600 we called and Derek told us Macy was unavailable to help us. We expect a resolution to this issue that goes beyond simply cancelling the reservation. We hope Trip Advisor will honor their commitment to integrity and contact us immediately with alternate tour options to remedy this situation.
