    Trip to Sintra-Cascais-Belemq

Very good experience, Marco Antonio helped a lot and was extremely patient during our visit. He was a great help with my father who has reduced mobility. We managed to see everything we expected. Marco Antonio's service is exceptional, very kind, concerned, and a good person

    Sintra tour

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of having the most wonderful experience largely due to the very pleasant and well knowledgeable tour guide operator Marco A Aulette who drove us in comfort and also highlighting extra places of interest along with iconic must try centuries old pastry shops. Three cheers to Marco George and Patricia

Response from the operator: We are extremely glad to hear you've enjoyed your trip. We took pride in our tours and transfers, and our drivers as well. Our job is to make sure your experience in Portugal with us is no less than amazing. We look forward to seeing you in the near future

    Sintra visit

Our tour guide Marco was on time and was very helpful accommodating my mother who had difficulty walking and had to use her wheelchair. Marco was very knowledgeable about the places we visited including its history. He was also able to plan well our limited time inspite of the traffic we encountered.. Marco made our visit a memorable and stress free. Thank you Marco!

    Half day in Sintra

James was a fantastic guide and very flexible. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best from the experience and he knew a lot about each place. A half day is good but would highly recommend a full day as there is a lot to see and a lot of walking in Sintra. Book tickets to palaces early and try to get the earliest of time slots to fit as much in.

Response from the operator: We are extremely glad to hear you've enjoyed your trip. We took pride in our tours and transfers, and our drivers as well. Our job is to make sure your experience in Portugal with us is no less than amazing. We look forward to seeing you in the near future

A memorable way to experience Sintra!

James was a fantastic guide! He offered a great depth of knowledge and personal insights throughout our tour. He knew all the best photo spots and generously captured many family photos for us. The highlight for our kids was our stop at a delicious bakery in Sintra - a nice (and sweet!) respite among all the walking.

Response from the operator: We are extremely glad to hear you've enjoyed your trip. We took pride in our tours, transfers and our drivers as well. Our job is to make sure your experience in Portugal with us is no less than amazing. We look forward to seeing you in the near future

Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours *: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours * cost?

    +

Prices start at $280 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours * take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours * worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours *?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours * suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours *?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sintra Half Day Tour * Private Tours * start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
