Amazing experience
We came here many years ago and it was good then, there have been some updates on it and it’s not spoiled the adventure in fact I would say it’s better this time. The only disappointment was the jail not as good experience in there as didn’t get any of the effects. Staff were amazing felt that they really wanted to be there and enjoying it.

Ok but not worth full price
We were really looking forward to this but have to say it felt a bit of a let down and not good value for money. Don't come before your time slot as they turn you away, you'll understand why when you get in...there's a lot of queuing to get up in two small lifts. Then you queue again past a snacks and drinks kiosk whilst waiting for a green screen type photo. The food kiosk caused havoc in our line with people naturally moving on past those who had stopped to purchase something and had then wanted to resume their place in the line. This caused animosity between several guests for the entire rest of the tour. Don't skip the photos, at the end they will have superimposed you onto several cool backdrops. It's all a way of keeping you entertained as you move to each station. The actors in each section were faultless in engaging and entertaining the tour groups but it was mostly stand, listen and move on. The best bit was the 3D bus ride. Confusingly and randomly at the start and end there were other dreamworks characters there such as kung fu panda and toothless. Not sure what these have to do with Shrek. You can have photos with Shrek and Fiona at the end. Sadly they cut my head off!! Maybe aimed at younger children, or worth it to kill some time on a rainy day or before a train home if you get a money off voucher. The shop was a little disappointing.

What a magical time at Shrek’s Adventure London! We stepped into the Land of Far Far Away and even experienced a 3D ride on the magic carpet through this enchanting world. 🪄✨ Meeting amazing characters like Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and others added so much thrill and excitement to the whole experience. Getting to explore the actual places from the Shrek movie and seeing them come to life right in front of us was truly a dream come true! 💚🏰✨ A wonderful experience filled with magic, laughter and unforgettable memories!

Indian security guy was horrible at the entrance
Everything was fine and my kids were excited until the Indian security guy at the checking in was extremely rude and sarcastic .pressuring us with small children.

Enjoyable experience
We enjoyed this when visiting London. We decided last minute to visit along with sealife centre. Admission fee to get in wasn’t too bad. The experience isn’t long but long enough to have a good time. The actors were really good at their jobs and had us laughing. The bus trip to far far away land was brilliant. Met Shrek and Fiona too. Nice for little children
