Confused.
Very confused Was under the impression that audio tour would be inside the theater after back-and-forth, with several employees found out that the hisory of the Globe was outside of the theater History of the theater and was not iallowed into the theater

We did not realize this...
We did not realize this was basically just an audio file download. We did not bring headphones or devices for all of the people in our group, so we just decided to take the guided tour that actually enters the theatre and had a great time. Also, this should not be charged per person since it is just a file download.

When we arrive at the...
When we arrive at the Glove Theater on June 4 we were told that the Guided Audio Tour did not exist what an embarrasment we had to buy another tickets for a Tour for $54.00 I will like to get refunded for what I pay before Thank You Cristina Fojo
Response from the operator: Dear Cristina, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and embarrassment you experienced at the Globe Theater. It must have been incredibly frustrating to have to purchase additional tickets. It's important to review the ticket details to ensure you have all the necessary information. Regarding your refund request, as per our policy detailed in the ticket, refunds are not applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled travel date. Terrible
Appeared to be read by someone who knew nothing about the correct English pronunciation of Thames, borough, Southwark, Pepys etc. it made me laugh but not worth buying.
Response from the operator: Dear Alfred, We're sincerely sorry to hear that your experience with our audio guide didn't meet your expectations. We truly value your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand the importance of accurate and clear pronunciation in our audio recordings. Your observations will be taken into consideration as we strive to improve our quality standards and ensure a more satisfying experience for our users in the future. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. We appreciate your constructive criticism. In addition to areas for improvement, we'd love to hear about the positive aspects of your experience with us. Perhaps you could consider including those in your review as well.

Waste of money
We were told 11:59 am-11:59 pm. No tour guide and no j at ructions for a meeting place. Total waste of money as we got NOTHING from these tickets.
Response from the operator: Hi! It's a shame you couldn’t enjoy the audio guide experience properly immersive, in the instructions of the tour it is not stipulated that you will have a guide, since, they are about self-guidance and the location in the space you must do it on your own. However, your refund process is already underway. We hope you can come back and give the experience another chance

Why this scores 41
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.
How much does Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London cost?
+
Prices start at $11 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London take?
+
Plan for about 0.7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.
Is Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.8/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 7. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 0.7-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 0.7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Self-Guided Audio Tour - Shakespearean London start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in London?
+
London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit London?
+
May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in London?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
