Nice Tour But Didn't Follow the Itinerary
The tour was nice but there were too many stops along the way and we ran out of time and did not get the "milkshake" that was part of the tour. In my opinion, there was way too much discussion and sharing about the home pricing and high cost of real estate. I totally understand the mention but it seemed to be the main point of the tour. I feel that we should have had ear pieces and the guide a device to speak to us rather than having to stop every few minutes to talk.

Great tour; enjoyed the...
Great tour; enjoyed the ride around Sullivans Island and the history lesson! Would recommend! One person had a bike issue and the guide didn’t have a set of basic bike tools on him, which surprised us and should probably be a standard on a tour along with a first aid kit.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the kind words and for recommending the tour — we’re really glad you enjoyed riding around Sullivan’s Island and the history along the way. You’re absolutely right that bike issues, while rare, can occasionally happen. Our approach is to quickly swap bikes rather than have guides stop the tour to troubleshoot mechanical issues. That way, our guides can stay focused on what they do best: safely leading the group and sharing the stories and sights that make the experience special. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another ride soon!

Great day for a bike tour!
Wonderful tour and guide! We had a great time on a beautiful day. It got a little windy at the beach so you may want long sleeves and/or a jacket on a 65-70 degree day. We were quite comfortable in just long sleeve, dri-fit shirts and shorts or cropped pants though the owner thought we might be cold. Left for our tour at 1:30pm rather than 3pm which likely helped. Going fast on the beach was the best! Stay near the front of the group if you really want to hear the history part of the tour. That is the only reason I gave the tour a 4 rather than 5. Guide did his best but he was competing with distance and riders distracted by the view. Highly recommend for experienced teen riders and up.

Bryson was paramount in our success!!
Our family has gone here multiple times for regular tuning on our Rad Power Bike. We were looking to ship our bike cross-country and were lacking a wrench big enough to remove the peddles from the crank. Bryson popped them off in 10 seconds and gave us some good pointers on safely packing as we had never shipped an electric bike before. Thank you guys so much and thank you, Bryson!!

Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mount Pleasant.
How much does Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop cost?
+
Prices start at $145 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mount Pleasant usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mount Pleasant is not rushed.
Is Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 87 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Mount Pleasant, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop?
+
Around 30 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mount Pleasant can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mount Pleasant and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Scenic Charleston Harbor & Wildlife E-Bike Tour + Milkshake Stop start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mount Pleasant within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mount Pleasant?
+
Mount Pleasant, SC packs its best experiences into walkable neighborhoods, local food, and day trips nearby. Outty ranks every bookable tour and activity in Mount Pleasant by rating quality, review depth, booking demand and value, so you can see the standouts before you book. On Outty we rank every Mount Pleasant experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Scenes of Shem Creek History and Shrimp Walking Tour, Kayak With Dolphins in Historic Shem Creek, Boone Hall Plantation All-Access Admission Ticket. When is the best time to visit Mount Pleasant?
+
Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in Mount Pleasant, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mount Pleasant?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
