    Rhein Falks and Stein Tour

Martin was a nice guide. Was disappointed that the experience was advertised to include a visit inside a castle but we were not able to experience this as it was closed on Monday. You should not advertise or allow a booking for an experience that a local guide should know is not accessible.

Response from the operator: Dear Laura, Thank you for your review and for your kind words about my guiding style. I am incredibly sorry that you were disappointed by the closed castle during our tour. You are entirely right—as a local guide, I should have double-checked the Monday closure beforehand, and it was my mistake not to flag this or adjust our itinerary sooner to avoid raising your expectations. I completely understand your frustration about the experience being advertised this way. We will use your feedback to update our schedule immediately so this does not happen to future guests. Warm regards, Martin
