Good service until it wasn’t.
They were great until they weren’t. Last year we used them a couple of times and everything went without a hitch. This year, different story. My son and his wife and their 3 children had a reservation. They were told they didn’t. After multiple texts with no response they found it with the wrong names. Today I had a reservation for 6 ladies, again no reservation. They never found it. I texted multiple times, again no response. I guess I won’t be using them anymore.

Driver didn’t show after confirming
I booked our ride a couple months in advance with Cabo shuttle for a private transport. Our flight arrival and departure time were provided at the time of booking. I was also messaged by Cabo Shuttle the day before our arrival confirming our reservation. We arrived in the designated arrival area of the airport and our driver did not show. We waited 30 mins, I called the driver 3 times without any answer. I called Viator and was told to wait an additional 15 mins while they attempted to contact Cabo shuttle- Viator was also unable to reach the driver. I called Viator back after waiting an hour for our driver and was told Viator is cancelling our reservation and it was going to take “74 hours” to receive the initiation of a refund which would only occur after they perform an investigation. Viator didn’t offer to help us arrange a ride/reservation leaving us scrambling to make arrangements last minute in another country. I’ve booked with TripAdvisor in the past multiple times with good success, and was disappointed with the service with Viator. Also…still awaiting the refund on my credit card. Book at your own risk.

Great experience
Used Cabo Travel Solutions for our airport to hotel shuttle (roundtrip). Very punctual, professional, easy process and definitely a good price.

Definitely would book again:
Driver (Daniel) was where he said he would meet us and Daniel was very nice and friendly. He spoke good English . He was prompt when he picked us up from the hotel as well.

Book elsewhere
The pickup from the airport was great. They did not confirm nor pick us up for the return trip to the airport at the time we booked.

Why this scores 49
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cabo San Lucas.
How much does Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT cost?
+
Prices start at $125 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cabo San Lucas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT take?
+
Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cabo San Lucas is not rushed.
Is Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 26 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cabo San Lucas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cabo San Lucas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cabo San Lucas and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Reserve Arrival transportation FROM CABO AIRPORT start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cabo San Lucas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cabo San Lucas?
+
On Outty we rank every Cabo San Lucas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cabo Desert Off-Road & Beach Horseback Combo and Tequila Tasting, Humpback Whale Watching Tour in Cabo San Lucas, Cabo All-Inclusive Private Beach Club with Open Bar and Buffet. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cabo San Lucas?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cabo San Lucas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
