Don't be fooled for a larger vehicle upgrade "FEE".
I wish I could give Easy Wiz zero stars based on my experience with this company. This was in connection with recent travel. I had a party of seven people and up to nine suitcases, and I was informed that we would need to pay an additional $60 USD to upgrade to a larger, eight-person vehicle. Based on that conversation, I fully expected to receive a larger vehicle that would comfortably accommodate our group and luggage. Unfortunately, that was not what we received. The vehicle was entirely too small for seven people and our luggage, and I honestly felt misled regarding the $60 upgrade charge. If I’m paying extra specifically to be placed in a larger vehicle, I expect the vehicle to actually be larger and appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact Easy Wiz for approximately two weeks through WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages, and I have received no response and no return calls. That lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating. I will say that the driver himself was very good and drove safely. My issue is specifically with the company, the vehicle provided, the additional $60 charge, and the complete lack of response when I’ve tried to address it. I believe the $60 should be refunded, given the circumstances and what I was told the upgrade was for. Buyer beware: If you are contacted about upgrading to a larger vehicle, I would strongly recommend confirming exactly what vehicle you will receive and how much space it actually has. In my experience, the vehicle we received was not what I understood I was paying an additional $60 to upgrade to. I would still be happy to resolve this directly if someone from Easy Wiz would simply respond to my messages.

Going on a cruise
Our travel agent did not give our tour guide the correct information but dealing with them was very simple to get things corrected and they made it right and we’re very professional.

Expensive and unsatisfied with service
Booked a vehicle for 8 with luggage at a very heafty cost i might add.. day before pick up we was advised to upgrade vehicle to accommodate all and pay an additional amount...car that was then sent on travel day was no larger then others we have used for less money ...felt we were ripped off by this company
