Poor customer service and leaving your customers with no option but to pay a higher fare at the last moment

Have always been family with Abetta until today. Was about to board a flight and received a call from the controller that the fare on my trip was going to change when the fare had been confirmed by the person taking the booking and had been paid in advance. Controller kept on harking about company policy!!! Absolutely fuming…..

The booking procedure is very efficient and their drivers are absolutely professional with very clean cars. Their communication via mobile messages and emails is second to none. Their prices are very competitive and very easy to comprehend.

Used for the last time

I have used them for years. This time was different and I will not be using them again. The rude man on the phone throws out terms and conditions and gave me attitude on the phone because I wanted to understand waiting times for my flight landing 20 mins earlier. The flight did not let us off because it came early yet they wanted to charge me without understanding the situation. The main issue was the rudeness from an existing client. Drive was ace though so have to give stars for that...shame about the office being so rude. Very disrespectful and ruined my holidays experience. V selfish
