Very Lux way to travel
It was top notch service . It was so easy to exit the airport and have our driver waiting for us . He provided nice cold waters and beer . The sprinter van was very nice , cool and comfortable. Would definitely travel again with them . This is the best way to travel

Great service!
Luis was great! Book directly with them though, as companies change an up charge for some of the hotel transfers and I had to pay the difference when being dropped up for the flight home.

Driver was great, extra fee was disappointing
Luis, our driver to hotel and back to airport was awesome! He is the owner of BellaTerra. The only disappointing thing was the trip was an extra $50 after what was paid through VIATOR due to the location. Just place all the hotels on the list of options and have us pay the total all at once, it was kind of a pain to worry about it at the airport drop off.
Response from the operator: Dear Tina, thank you for your comments, and we do understand the problem is to have to worry about it, unfortunately the platform as it currently is, wont let us put the hotels with pricing, that will be the perfect solution and not to have the client trying to figure it out what zone your hotel is located at. We know you are not familiar with the area and that can represent a problem, we try to make the information as clear as possible but still a problem when you are not familiar with the area, hopefully in a near future we will be able to put all hotels with the pricing specifying per hotel not per zone, as it is at this time.
