Great private transfer
Service was about 30 minutes later than scheduled but was covering for someone who called off. We had plenty of time since we had mid afternoon flights. Driver was accommodating when we needed two terminals at Heathrow.

The “Celebrity Entrance That Never Happened” Version ! My husband and I booked a Heathrow pick‑up with Cab My Ride — paid in advance, confirmed, the whole VIP fantasy. We were fully prepared for our moment: a driver holding our name on a sign like we were Beyoncé arriving for the Renaissance Tour. I had mentally rehearsed my “yes, that’s me” nod. Days before, their Client Relations Manager emailed us with confidence only a bold liar could possess. They gave us our driver’s name (“John Doe,” because apparently creativity is also on strike 🙄), the car details, and our meet‑and‑greet instructions: Ground Floor. Outside M&S Food. Crystal clear. Foolproof. Impossible to mess up… unless you’re Cab My Ride. Cut to arrival day: my husband and I stood outside M&S for one full hour, waiting for our sign‑holding chauffeur who apparently decided he was too good for his own job. No text. No “sorry, I’m running late.” Not even a sad little piece of printer paper with our name Sharpied on it. We weren’t greeted. We weren’t met. We weren’t ridden. We were abandoned like two lost suitcases nobody claimed. So instead of our pre‑paid ride, we paid AGAIN — this time for a painfully expensive, traffic‑soaked cab to Southampton. Nothing says “vacation kickoff” like being financially humbled before you even check into the hotel. Now that we’re home, here’s your traveler warning: Cab My Ride will confirm your booking, take your money, and then ghost you harder than a situationship who suddenly “needs space.”

Had reservations for 11...
Had reservations for 11 in 1 Vehicle. Reached out multiple times pre-arrival for pickup instructions, still did not go smoothly. Switched to 2 vehicles, (not a big deal) but 2nd vehicle did not show up. 1st driver was fantastic, tried to help. Told 2nd group where to meet and called company. Once again, 1st driver fantastic but 2nd was over 30 minutes late, did not go to meeting point and tried to charge an extra wait fee at drop-off. I believe this company subs out the rides. BEWARE

Great ride, great driver!
The car was clean, the driver friendly and we enjoyed the ride. He gave us great pointers as to what to visit! He was there to pick us up 30 minutes earlier and we arrived 30 minutes earlier so we didn’t have to wait at all! Awesome!!!
