    Helpful in a Crisis

The true way to measure someone’s character is to do so when things don’t go right. How they behave in such a situation will tell you volumes about their character. The visit to the Earthquake Museum didn’t go smoothly because there was a mixup with the admission tickets in the back office. But the tour operator, our driver / tour guide, and the museum staff all remained calm and helpful. It took a few minutes, probably only 15-20, and the problem was fixed. I also can’t say enough good things about our guide and driver, Tiago. He was excellent. Great historical knowledge, local knowledge, and was completely flexible to do whatever we wanted to do with our day. Highest recommendation.

Response from the operator: Hello Kevin, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience on our Lisbon tour. We are delighted that we could quickly resolve the museum issue and ensure you had a memorable experience. Providing professional service is our top priority, and we're glad it showed! Your feedback was shared with our team in Lisbon. We hope to see you on another tour soon! Warm regards, Lidia S. Guest Experience Services. RapidShuttle Tours and Transfers.

What should I bring or wear?

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +
