Private Sintra Tour with Julio
We had the most wonderful day touring Sintra with Julio. He went out of his way to make sure that everyone in our party felt comfortable, from my 3 year old son to my 77 year old father. He tailored the tour towards our interests and was a fountain of knowledge regarding the castles and the surrounding area. He suggested a wonderful authentic Portuguese restaurant for lunch that we all enjoyed. Would highly recommend Julio as a tour guide!

No show Viator vendor despite confirmed reservation
Despite a confirmed reservation with Viator tickets issued, Vendor did not show. The vendor said we were not on their schedule. Said computer problems between Viator and vendor. Very disappointed. We do not have another date. First time Viator let us down. Expect full refund!

As a result, the booking was not visible to our operations team and we were therefore unable to assign a guide and vehicle for your tour. This is not a situation that occurs regularly, and the connection issue has already been reported so that it can be investigated and prevented from happening again. We fully understand that, from your perspective, you had a confirmed reservation and expected the service to take place, regardless of what happened between the booking systems. For that reason, we can only apologize again for the inconvenience and, above all, for the fact that you missed the opportunity to experience Sintra during your stay.
