Perfect driver
Antonio was wonderful: he arrived to pick us up a little early, was helpful loading luggage, very polite, offered information on sites as we drove, and helped off load luggage.

Full but very rushed day
Everything was included that was supposed to have been. Pompeii worked out well with a guide they arranged meeting us at entrance. Next two stops ravello and Amalfi were very rushed. Only about an hour in each place. Could either choose to eat or explore not both. Sped back to Naples in record time. Picked up at 9, dropped off at 5.

I'm sorry you felt rushed but as you know the tour is sold for 8/9 hours your tour is finished within 8 hours ... usually the 9th hour is lost in traffic or some problems during the tour ... but unfortunately or fortunately that day we did not find any problems during the tour so you returned as scheduled after 8 hours .... I should say that we were unlucky in this case not having any kind of problem during the tour ... I hope to have you once again as a guest and I promise you that I will give you 2 more hours at the same cost of the 8 hour tour.Best regards Umberto and Manual

Our Amalfi Coast adventure
Umberto was exceptional from my first contact with him before our trip. He made wonderful suggestions and took excellent care of our party of four. He picked us up from the Naples train station, whisked us off to Mt. Vesuvius, then Pompeii, where he arranged a rock star, guide, Lello, who, we could tell, was very respected by all of the other guides we ran into. His knowledge and personality was great and he made Pompeii come alive for us. On our second day, Umberto picked us up at our hotel and took us to Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. He set us up with a great view for our delicious lunch overlooking Positano. His singing along with the radio was the icing on the cake and he made us feel so welcome. His attention to detail with everything was top notch. His singing is only exceeded by his driving skills. He also arranged for our transfer to the port for our trip to Ischia and I know will will be in great hands when we come back from Ischia and head to the train station. To NOT have to worry about getting from point A to point B is priceless and Umberto took all of the logistics of this part of our trip out of our hands. Can’t wait to visit again and see our new friend!
