Part 2 of Excellent Service
As I stated in my earlier review, we used Noble Transfer from ZRH to our accommodations on Bahnhofstrasse. We got such great service that we asked if our driver Robbie can also be the one to take us back to the airport when we return to the U.S. a few days later. I was told by Noble Transfer that they will check into it. Early on Nov 12th, Robbie was the one who picked us up. We were very pleased that that was arranged. We believe it was also Robbie's day-off but he and the company made it work for a customer. Thank you, Robbie and Noble Transfer, for being customer-centric! It was our first visit to Zurich and you certainly gave a great impression of the city and its people.
