    Madrid to Porto

We had a very pleasant trip from Madrid to Porto. We stopped by 3 towns Segovia, Avila and Salamanca. Segovia is a customised stop with an extra cost. It is definitely worth to stop by Segovia. We are so pleased to have Jose Pinho be our driver. He is a very friendly gentleman, his English is easily understandable. We can communicate well with him. Throughout the trip he gave us ample of time to explore each town. He recommended to us the places to visit in each town and how we can explore from one place to another. He explained to us different information about the towns and answered our questions very patiently. The MPV was very spacious and clean. We all felt very comfortable to ride in the car and he even offered a charger for us to charge our phones. We were given complimentary mineral waters as well. When we reached Proto he took the extra mile to drive us to the city hill to view the night view of Porto instead of straight away sent us to our Hotel. We really appreciated his thought. It was really a pleasant journey with José.

Response from the operator: Dear customer Thank you very much for taking time to review us, we truly appreciate it!! It's always a pleasure to provide wonderful experiences to those who visit us. Thanks again, and we hope that you return to Portugal in the near future. We will be happy to welcome you again! Thank you! Greetings, The team MERIDIAN4PEOPLE – PORTUGAL

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Porto?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Porto?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
