A MUST-DO
Reservation made through GetYourGuide and I had reserved the ZEUS parking lot. Arriving at the parking lot was fine, but when you leave, remember to stop by the reception desk to have your reservation properly verified. The problem is there are several entrances to Pompeii, so you look for where to pick up your tickets; anyway, after a 10-minute walk, we were able to enjoy the site, which I admit is huge. The site is huge; you cannot see everything, but it is magnificent. A must-do without hesitation. In several places, there are water fountains, which is very appreciated. You need to allow 4 to 5 hours to properly visit a small part.
Response from the operator: Dear 168nellyb, Thank you for your wonderful and detailed feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring the magnificent Pompeii Archaeological Site and found the experience worthwhile. We also appreciate you sharing your helpful tips about the parking and ticket collection process, which can be useful for future visitors. We’re glad you had a great time with us and hope to welcome you again on another memorable experience!

False advertisement
Do not book this. This is just for tickets nothing else. Also it says entry whenever, but its a lie. The daybreak went it closed at 7pm. We arrived at 5:10pm and they would not allow us to enter.
Response from the operator: Dear Erik B, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Upon reviewing your booking, we would like to clarify that the ticket booked was a flexible afternoon entry ticket, which allows access anytime during the attraction’s operational hours. However, entry is subject to the venue’s last admission timing, and guests are required to arrive before the final entry time to experience their visit smoothly. We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the timings, as the operational hours and access details were clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Awful audio & map provided
This ticket is mainly a skip the line entrance ticket. The map is hopeless as a pdf document and the audio is x1 continuous 40 min file. The numbering system on mapprivided & the audio are not the official numbers used on the museums exhibit and official map guide in Pompei. Do yourself a huge favour and book a small tour in your own language as so much to see, Pompei itself is incredible
Response from the operator: Dear Julie T, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found Pompeii to be an incredible site—it's truly a remarkable place to explore. We’re sorry to learn that the audio guide and map did not meet your expectations. Our audio tour is designed to provide a detailed overview of the pompeii , aligned with the map provided; however, we understand that their might be few changes from the official site numbering may have caused confusion. we will try to improve the same for future.

Pompeii audio guide
Pompeii is amazing. Our audio guide was a bit confusing. It was the Rick Steves… Go in the morning it gets really busy around 11 AM. When you get off the train just go straight to the gate. They tell you have to go upstairs, but you don’t just go outside and go to the gate.
Response from the operator: Dear Kelli G, Thanks for your feedback, we are glad you had a nice time at the Pompeii, we will improve the audio tour for future.
