We took my granddaughter for her 3rd Birthday , it was a lovely tour she absolutely loved it . All the staff was amazing .Liam , Alex , Tailue and Aisa , they made it extra special by singing happy Birthday to her .

Fantastic experience!

I went with my daughter and granddaughter to celebrate her 3rd birthday. What a lovely treat this was. The whole experience was really well thought out, The service was excellent and Faye our guide was lovely (even down to her having a similar voice to Miss Rabbit!) The tea was delicious and very child friendly. My only criticism was that even though the age restriction was for age 2. A child who was just under 2 was on the bus and was crying throughout the tour. Maybe age restriction should be raised to 2 and a half, obviously difficult to manage. But I couldn’t recommend this more! WELL DONE to all the servers today! Nadya, Fabio & Francheca! Sorry no photos due to privacy

Brilliant!

Fantastic! Couldn't be better. Even us parents enjoyed with our 4 year old daughter. Everything was clean and attended to, the food was fantastic, the guide and servers were warm, energetic and attentive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Extremely disappointing experience I feel compelled to warn other parents before they spend their hard-earned money on this experience. We booked the Peppa Pig Bus with Brigit’s Bakery expecting a special, enjoyable experience for the children. Instead, we were left feeling completely ripped off. The food was appalling. It was stale, extremely poor quality and most of it was genuinely inedible. When you're paying a significant amount of money for an experience that revolves partly around afternoon tea, you expect the food to at least be fresh and edible. This was nowhere near an acceptable standard. The pricing is also incredibly difficult to justify. Adults pay more than children, despite the fact that adults don't receive any additional food to compensate for the higher price. Why are adults paying more for essentially the same experience and food? Considering the cost of the tickets, the value for money is shocking. Then there's the actual bus journey. We expected to see London and have an enjoyable sightseeing experience, but instead we ended up looping around the same area of London twice. It felt repetitive, underwhelming and poorly planned. The entertainment was no better. For much of the journey, it consisted of a woman constantly screaming and shouting. Calling that entertainment is generous. It was irritating rather than enjoyable, and certainly not what we expected from an expensive children’s experience. But perhaps the worst part is what happened afterwards. We contacted customer service as soon as possible after the experience to raise our concerns and give Brigit’s Bakery the opportunity to put things right. We have received absolutely no response. Nothing. No acknowledgement. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to resolve the situation. If a company is confident in the experience it provides, surely the bare minimum is to respond when a customer makes a genuine complaint. We paid a substantial amount of money for what was supposed to be a memorable experience for the children. Instead, we got stale and inedible food, that we physically couldn’t eat, poor value for money, a repetitive bus route, disappointing entertainment and absolutely no customer service afterwards. At this point, I would expect a full refund, particularly given the quality of the food, the absolutely extortionate price and the complete lack of response to our complaint. I am posting this because I would hate for other parents to spend a large amount of money expecting the magical Peppa Pig experience they have been promised, only to be left feeling as disappointed and ripped off as we were. Think very carefully before booking. In our experience, this was nowhere near worth the money. Brigit’s Bakery — you have taken our money, provided an extremely disappointing experience, and then ignored us when we contacted you. That is simply not acceptable.

Contrary to the suggestion that your concerns were ignored, we did respond to your email and confirmed that the matters raised were being investigated. We have continued to treat your complaint seriously and invited supporting information to help us assess the concerns raised. The photographs provided have also been reviewed as part of this investigation. In the first photograph, the sandwiches appear fresh and do not support the description of the bread as stale or inedible. The second photograph shows the scones on the afternoon tea stand. Scones are served partway through the tour, approximately 30 to 40 minutes after departure, rather than immediately when guests board, so their appearance in a photograph taken later in the experience naturally differs from freshly plated food. As this investigation is still ongoing, we feel it is most appropriate and fair to all involved to continue our correspondence with you directly by email, rather than discuss the details of an individual complaint publicly. For future guests, we would also like to reassure you that the experience, including the Peppa-themed afternoon tea, sightseeing journey aboard our restored 1960s Routemaster and approximately 1.5 hours of themed entertainment, is presented in detail on our website, including photographs, videos and menu information. Our customer service team is also available before booking to answer questions or discuss any requirements. We are sorry that your experience did not leave you with the happy memories we aim to create, but we hope the above provides some useful clarification for those considering the experience. Great for kids and parents

We were visiting from the United States and it was a great tour to take our three-year-old daughter on. If your child likes Peppa Pig even a little bit, then they’ll have fun on the tour and they can have some good food. Aurora, Ethish, Nelia, and Amelia were amazing and made the tour well worth it.
