Poor customer service
Expecting the Paddington themed tour we were disappointed to only receive a Classic tour. Despite numerous requests for a copy of my originl on line booking to enable us to verify if the mistake was ours or theirs they kept sending the confirmations that they produced. Tried to check back on cost we paid but, conveniently, they said both tours were the same price for that day even though we have never found this to be the case for any other dates or did they provide evidence to back this claim. We also believe that the table we booked was not the one we requested. Found that their unwillingness to provide a copy of our booking, along with the line on similar prices they state, was a case of hiding facts and reflects a dishonourable company when issues arise.

Good afternoon spent on board of the Paddington bus
We had a lovely afternoon on board the Paddington Bear Bus, made even better by the friendly staff. A special thank you to Eden, Liam, and Nella for taking great care of my family and for proactively calling us with updates about the changed pickup location. My little cousin enjoyed some of the food, though she was disappointed there wasn't a Paddington mascot to greet us at boarding. While the tickets are on the pricier side, it is still a delightful, memorable way to see London.

We are sorry, however, that she was disappointed not to meet Paddington himself. We completely understand the excitement, but we would like to gently clarify that a Paddington mascot is not part of the advertised experience. Our website provides full details of what is included, along with photographs and videos, so we always encourage guests to take a little time to look through these before booking to make sure the experience matches their expectations. And, as much as we would love to have Paddington everywhere at once, our bear is currently busy entertaining visitors at the Paddington Bear Experience at Southbank! Sadly, even Paddington has not yet mastered the art of being in two places at the same time. Our Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus Tour is instead centred around a Paddington-themed afternoon tea, Paddington-themed entertainment, his familiar world brought to life on board, and of course a wonderful journey through London on our beautifully restored 1960s Routemaster.
