Top notch care by Odea Services

Last month I visited Nepal for the Annapurna Circuit trek with a group of six friends, and I cannot recommend Odea Services highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and deeply hospitable. Devi Sir and his entire team are true experts in Nepal’s trekking landscapes and the tourism industry. Whether it was navigating the logistics in Kathmandu or managing the complexities of a high-altitude trek, their insights ensured we felt safe and well-informed every step of the way. Shishir, our trekking guide and his team of porters were outstanding. They were technically proficient and attentive to our safety. They managed our group of seven with ease, ensuring that everyone’s needs were met throughout the trek. If you are planning a trek in Nepal, Odea Services is the outfitter to choose. Their combination of local expertise, professionalism, hospitality and genuine care for their clients sets them apart. We had an incredible trip, and it was largely due to the "awesome" service provided by Devi Sir and his dedicated team.

Response from the operator: Dear Sir Namaste Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Odea Services for the second time after your EBC and Gokyo trek, and now again for your Annapurna Circuit adventure. It truly means a lot to us that you took the time to share your experience. We are delighted to hear that you and your group had an incredible journey in Nepal. Our entire team was also very happy to travel and work with such a wonderful group. It was our pleasure to be part of your adventure once again, and we hope to welcome you and your friends back to Nepal for another amazing trekking experience in the future. Warm regards, Devi and Odea Services Team

wonderful trekking trip with the best organizer a trekker could ever hope for!

I highly recommend trekking tours from this organizer. we enjoyed the two weeks trekking to Tilicho lake on Nov 2025. our local tour guide — Kancha — was very kind, professional, with good english and communication skill. the four porters were calm, stable, thoughtful and friendly. they did their job with so much heart and sincerity. together we were like a little family, and the trip couldn’t be as successful and full of warmth without them. we were lucky to have them taking care of us. all the facilities (teahouses in the mountain, and the hotel in Kathmandu) were also the best or newly renovated — which was a nice surprise, and helped the long trek days easier for the weary trekkers.

Response from the operator: Dear Namaste Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and for highly recommending our trekking tours. We are truly delighted to hear that your two week trek to Tilicho Lake in November 2025 was such a memorable and meaningful experience. Kancha will be very happy to know that you appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. We are equally pleased that our porters made you feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the journey. They always put their heart into their work, and your kind words will mean a lot to them. It’s also great to know that you felt comfortable with the accommodations, both in the mountain teahouses and at the hotel in Kathmandu. We always try our best to provide the most pleasant and updated facilities possible, so your satisfaction truly encourages us. Thank you again for choosing us and for sharing your positive experience. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Nepal someday. Warm regards, Devi, kancha and all team memebrs of Tilicho lake

Nepal & Bhutan Tour

My recent journey to Nepal and Bhutan with Odea Services was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully planned — from seamless airport transfers and comfortable accommodations to knowledgeable local guides who brought each destination to life with fascinating insights and genuine hospitality. In Nepal, Odea’s team ensured we experienced the perfect balance between adventure and culture — from the majestic Himalayas to the serene temples and bustling streets of Kathmandu. In Bhutan, the itinerary was curated with such care that every moment felt meaningful, from the scenic drives through stunning valleys to the awe-inspiring hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery. What stood out most was the personal touch. The Odea team checked in regularly to make sure everything exceeded expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable travel experiences were evident throughout the trip. If you’re looking for a travel company that combines expert organization, genuine care, and local authenticity, I cannot recommend Odea Services highly enough. They turned what could have been an ordinary holiday into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Nepal and Bhutan Tours: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Nepal and Bhutan Tours cost?

+

Prices start at $2200 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Nepal and Bhutan Tours take?

+

Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Nepal and Bhutan Tours worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Nepal and Bhutan Tours?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Nepal and Bhutan Tours suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 192-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Nepal and Bhutan Tours?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Nepal and Bhutan Tours start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
