Nepal at a glance - worth many looks
We booked the trip Nepal through tourradar and Himalaya Treks and Tours at a glance and were very satisfied from the planning to the departure. Bhagwat adapted the trip to our wishes and incorporated additional activities. He was always available both during the planning and the itinerary and responded very quickly. On site he received us and on the last evening we enjoyed a final dinner together. Along the way we had different guides: Kapil in Kathmandu Valley has become a friend to us, Harry in Chitwan has done an extra walking safari with us and we were standing in front of a rhino with a few meters to go. In Lumbini Rasul recommended a meditation with the monks, which was very impressive. In Kathmandu we had an extra day off and immediately felt very comfortable. If food is not included, you have no problems buying yourself something that was really always so delicious that we already miss it at home. All the people, and I really mean all the people we met on the street, in caves, at temples, in hotels or anywhere, were so friendly. We felt welcome and well looked after at all times. The atmosphere in Nepal is unique. Indescribable if you haven't been there yet. The most important destinations for us were Chitwan, Lumbini, Patan and Namoubuddha Monastery. The roads in Nepal are so cathastrophic that they are a sight in themselves. And as a result, you experience even longer journeys when changing locations than entertaining. Our driver Suwas was always friendly and in a good mood. We had a lot of fun with him, especially when climbing a peak in the rain. Nepal is worth a visit and Himalaya Treks and Tours we can fully recommend. A heartfelt thank you to Bhagwat, Kapil (also for the informative book that is still at hand for evening reading on my bedside table), Harry, Rasul and everyone else who made this trip the experience it was - an unforgettable and incomparable memory.
Response from the operator: Dear Jochen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Company. We are so pleased with your positive response. Besides our services and hospitality. Your Precious words encourage us to provide better service in the Future. We are very sure that you will definitely visit this beautiful country next time. With Regards Bhagwat Simkhada

Memories of Nepal
Pro : Tour operator Mr Bhagwat, tour guide Mr Bradi and our Ramesh did an excellent job to keep us safe and enjoyable during our 1st visit to Nepal. The tour is well balance between Culture and Nature. The hotels are in good locations and good services . The people are friendly , our trip to visit a farm house which is belonged Mr Badri parents which gave us a warm feeling and unforgettable memory for their hospitality . Con: road and highway condition are very bad which has been like that for over 5yrs without knowing when the project will start again. I will reccommend you should take hop on & hop off flights if you have a bad back or allergy to dust and you also save more time to enjoy Nepal beautiful sceneries , more time in Lumini and flight to visit 1st base camp of Mt Everest if I decide to visit Nepal 2nd time.
Response from the operator: Dear Oluket, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Company Himalayan Adventure. We are so pleased with your positive response. Besides our services and hospitality. Your Precious words encourage us to provide better service in the Future. We are very sure that you will definitely visit this beautiful country next time.

Wonderful visit of Nepal at a glance
The tour includes a well balance of culture, religions, cities and landscapes. Mr. Bhagwat (the tour operator), Badri (the tour guide) and Ramesh (the driver) are all nice, resourceful, very much caring and attended to details. The sunsets and sunrises of Himalayan mountain ranges are amazing. The selected hotels are well located to offer convenient city access in Kathmandu and wonderful views of valleys and Himalayan mountain peaks in Nagarkot, Pokhara and Bandipur. We were lucky that the sky was mostly clear during our trip in November. We had only 2 cloudy days but no rain. Being Buddhist, we appreciated very much the visit to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, and the surrounding temples. The roads were very rough, more than expected, due to unfinished construction and heavy traffic. However we, all seniors, still survived with no back pain. Badri, our guide, is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Nepal. Ramesh, our driver, is very skillful and drove safely in congested conditions.
Response from the operator: Dear Boid, Thank you for taking your precious time to leave a review for our Company. We are so pleased with your positive response. Besides our services and hospitality. Your Precious words encourage us to provide better service in the Future. We are very sure that you will definitely visit this beautiful country next time.

Amazing 11 day tour of Nepal - unforgettable!!
This was my first trip to Nepal and I would rate this as one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. This country is stunningly beautiful with such rich history, temples, flora, and fauna, it is a feast for the eyes and soul. Our local guides (in Kathmandu, Chitwan National Park, and Lumbini) were very knowledgeable and our driver was amazing.Despite the bad roads (we had fair warning of this), our driver was excellent. Driving through towns and in-between them was like scuba diving on land, absorbing all the colors and slices of life. I loved everything we did, particularly the mix of city cultural treasures experience fingers Diwali (the Hindu Festival of Lights) and nature immersion, as well as sampling Nepalese food and drinking masala chai, meeting the lovely Nepalese people, and seeing the contrast of lush green landscapes dotted with bright colored flowers - a feast for the eyes! We are already planning to come back for a trekking trip with Himalayan Adventure. They attended to every detail and I am most grateful!
Response from the operator: Dear Anita, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Company. We are so pleased with your positive response. Besides our services and hospitality. Your Precious words encourage us to provide better service in the Future. We are very sure that you will definitely visit this beautiful country next time.

Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.
How much does Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days cost?
+
Prices start at $2500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days take?
+
Plan for about 264 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.
Is Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 264-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 264-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Nepal at a Glance Luxury -11 Days start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?
+
On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kathmandu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
