We had a lot of fun!...
We had a lot of fun! Exciting ATV ride, a variety of zip lines, and beautiful cenote. Four stars because they kept trying to sell us many things, but other than that it was a great experience. We were especially thankful that they provided transportation even through we were staying a bit far from the town.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us! We’re really happy to hear that you had a lot of fun and enjoyed the ATV ride, the variety of zip lines, and the beautiful cenote — those are definitely some of the highlights of the adventure. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the sales offers. Your comments help us understand how the experience feels from the guest’s perspective, and we’ll certainly keep this in mind as we continue working to improve the overall flow of the tour. We’re especially glad the included transportation made things easier for you, even with your location being a bit farther from town. It’s important to us that our guests feel well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you again for joining us and for your thoughtful review. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for another great adventure!

Fun activity but the...
Fun activity but the ATV’s are in really bad shape and sometimes dangerous to ride. Some pull to one side, others the brakes don’t work or there was no tread left on the tires. The zip lines were fun. The cenote was a 25min swim with a lifejacket and a cool experience. There was a lunch with empanadas after the tour. Your guide will come ask for tip after. Transport from and back to our hotel in PDC was included.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to know you enjoyed the zip lines, the cenote swim, and the overall adventure, as well as the convenience of the included transportation and lunch. We truly appreciate your honest comments regarding the ATVs. Safety is very important to us, and your feedback is valuable as it helps us identify areas where we need to continue improving and reinforcing maintenance and inspections. We will be sharing your comments with our operations team. We’re also happy to hear that the cenote experience stood out as something unique and memorable. It’s one of our guests’ favorite parts of the tour. Thank you again for joining us and for your constructive feedback. We hope that, overall, you were able to enjoy the day and take home some great memories from the experience.

Family fun
CJ was the ABSOLUTE best your guide. My daughter was so afraid of zip lining and he encouraged her the whole way through. The staff was extremely helpful , we felt safe and cared for. Thank you CJ for going above and beyond to care for our group you made the experience exceptional.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such an exceptional experience. CJ will be very happy to know that his encouragement made such a difference, especially for your daughter during the zip-lining. Our team truly cares about creating a safe and supportive environment, and it means a lot to know you felt well taken care of throughout the tour. We appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for more adventures soon!

¡Que viva México!
We had a great time going for my sisters birthday trip to Mexico ! ¡Que viva México! 🇲🇽 🫶🏾 our guide was the best! Personable, charismatic, and made us feel super safe while embarking on new experiences. Little minor flip from the ATV but we survived with minor well deserved scratches ! Pretty rocky ride tho- from shuttle and with ATVs !! Cenote was cold but an amazing experience, definitely a workout for the non-swimmers. Ziplining was nice! We love u México, gracias por todo!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for celebrating such a special occasion with us! We’re so glad you had fun and felt safe with your guide, we’ll make sure to share your kind words with the team. We hope your sister’s birthday adventure in México stays as a wonderful memory. ¡Que viva México! 🇲🇽

I recommend it, the cenote is a wonderful experience.
I love the whole experience , the very attentive staff and our excellent guide Sergio . The bad thing is that they offer authentic Mexican food and what they give you is something simple and you eat it because you are already hungry for tiredness.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your 4-star review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the overall experience and that Sergio provided excellent guidance. We’re also happy that the cenote was a highlight of your trip. We appreciate your feedback on the food and will work on improving this aspect to better meet expectations. We hope to welcome you again soon!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Playa del Carmen.
How much does Maya Adrenaline: ATV, Ziplines & Cenote From Playa del Carmen. cost?
+
Prices start at $115 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Playa del Carmen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Maya Adrenaline: ATV, Ziplines & Cenote From Playa del Carmen. take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Playa del Carmen is not rushed.
Is Maya Adrenaline: ATV, Ziplines & Cenote From Playa del Carmen. worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 42 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Playa del Carmen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Maya Adrenaline: ATV, Ziplines & Cenote From Playa del Carmen.?
+

How far in advance should I book Maya Adrenaline: ATV, Ziplines & Cenote From Playa del Carmen.?
+
Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa del Carmen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Playa del Carmen and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+
On Outty we rank every Playa del Carmen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour, VIP Tulum Private Tour, Chichen Itza Private Tour VIP. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
