What you get
About this experience
A half-day, all-inclusive ATV, zipline and cenote adventure from Tulum — the price you see online is the final price, nothing to pay at the gate. Real jungle, not a dirt road. You drive your own ATV through mud, loose stone, climbs, descents and water crossings — Drivers must be 18 or over; kids ride as passengers with an adult. Five ziplines, one a full kilometre long at 45 metres above the canopy: the longest line in this part of the Riviera Maya. First, a short Mayan purification ceremony. Then you descend a safe staircase into a sacred underground cenote and swim it with your guide — far deeper than the open cenotes most tours stop at. Kids zipline and swim with a guide, in a life vest. Afterwards, a Mayan lunch at our jungle restaurant. And all of it is already paid: park entrance, conservation fees, transport, gear, lockers and lunch are in your online price. Only tips and photos are optional.

What you'll see and do
Cenotes Labnaha & Eco Park
Your adventure starts deep in the Mayan jungle, where paved roads end and the real thrill begins. ATV Jungle Trail — Drive your own ATV through a rugged trail of mud, rocks, climbs, descents, and water crossings. Not a scenic path — raw jungle. Mayan Ceremony — Before the ziplines, your guide leads a brief traditional purification ceremony: 10 minutes of culture and good luck. 5-Zipline Circuit — Soar through the canopy on 5 ziplines. Crown jewel: a 1km long, 45m high mega-line above the treetops. Unforgettable. Sacred Cenote — Descend into an underground cenote the ancient Maya believed was a gateway to the spirit world. Crystal-clear water, cave formations, silence. Life vests and snorkeling gear provided. Mayan Lunch — Rest in a hammock, cold drink in hand, then enjoy a traditional Mexican lunch (tacos, rice, beans) at our jungle restaurant. Note: Activity order may vary by group and on-the-day conditions. Your guide will always ensure the best experience.

We had Chilango (Cristian...
We had Chilango (Cristian 2) as our guide. He was awesome! Chilango was able to speak English and Spanish for our group. Much appreciated. He learned our names pretty quickly, too! The cenote was beautiful. Water is chilly! Ziplines were fun. We did have three zipines, not five as marketed. For the ATVs bring sunglasses and a mask (or bandana) to protect eyes, nose, and mouth from dirt and debris. Mosquito repellent is a necessity. We wore repellent bracelets, but those did not work well. The last thing, bring a waterproof pouch for your cellphone to use during the cenote tour. Photos are a must inside. Lunch afterwards was ok. It was more like a kids' meal size or an appetizer.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed review! 🌟 We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the adventure and that Chilango helped make your experience memorable. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him! It’s wonderful to know that his bilingual guidance and personal attention made your tour even more enjoyable. We’re glad you had fun on the activities. We also appreciate you sharing helpful tips for future travelers. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the lunch portion size. We value comments like yours and will share them with our team as we continuously work to improve our guests’ experiences. Currently, two of our zip lines are undergoing maintenance to ensure the highest safety standards. We will be updating our information to avoid confusion for future guests, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your visit and hope to welcome you back for another adventure in the future!

Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price cost?
+
Prices start at $111 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 337 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price?
+
Around 118 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Maya Adrenaline Tulum: ATV, 5 Ziplines, Cenote — All-in Price start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
